I also have a bunch of energy when I take this product. it's a little on the sweet side but you get used to it. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks when I took this regularly and ate a keto diet too.

The last three times we said "never again" after eating there. we will never eat there again and it's not just this location - it's all of them. The food is a rip off. poor quality, McDonalds does a better job. -
