This is a great eye makeup remover. I've been a devoted Lancome Bi-Facial user for years, and after finally running out of my free gift with purchase samples, I decided to try another brand. I went for Neutrogena for their quality skin care products, and I was not disappointed! This stuff is really great. It's got the dual formula, so you have to shake it before using, and it really works to remove waterproof makeup with just one or two sweeps. it doesn't leave any residue behind, and it doesn't sting or make my eye area red. The bottle is really large, and for only $6 it's such a steal. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality makeup remover that won't break the bank. -

I'm a little torn about this product. It's not great, it's not terrible, it's just kind of "meh". I was intrigued by "suede" in the title, and I like the trend of matte lips. However I find this one to be pretty drying, and the sensation of the dried product is very weird. I'd describe it as tacky, and it makes my lips feel tight. The colour is awesome (I bought 070, which is a plum shade) but the unfortunate texture makes me not want to wear it. The colour is fairly long lasting, but I found myself constantly applying more to get rid of the dry feeling. So if textures won't bother you I'd say try this product, the price is fair and the colours are very nice, but there are better matte lipsticks out there for sure. -
I really, really wanted to like this product! After seeing good reviews on it I decided to go for it, but I'm afraid I am very disappointed. The colours are really beautiful shades, and I adore the Apocaliptic shade I bought. It's perfect for fall!... +
I really, really wanted to like this product! After seeing good reviews on it I decided to go for it, but I'm afraid I am very disappointed. The colours are really beautiful shades, and I adore the Apocaliptic shade I bought. It's perfect for fall! However, the application device and the quality of the product are what make this product pretty awful. First, the stick application is difficult because the product itself is very thick and pigmented. You have to be very precise with the wand, and hold it in awkward positions to apply it (not like a lip gloss that you'd just swipe across your lips). Then, you have to let it set for quite a while or else it gets all over and stains your teeth. On top of that, every time you rub your lips together, they smudge and look weird! You can see where they've been rubbing together, and it just looks awful. These would be perfect for a model for a quick photoshoot because the colours are really gorgeous and bright, but they're not ideal for long term wear. Don't waste your money. -

For the price, this is an amazing blush. It comes in a variety of colours so you'll be sure to find a shade you like. There's a light shimmer and a streak of highlight running through it. The blush goes on sheer and you can layer it nicely, and it adds a nice glow without being too fake. The compact itself is very large so it lasts a long time. For just a few bucks, this is definitely worth it! -

While I loved the thought of these razors, the effectiveness just isn't there. They come with a built-in soap bar around the razor head so there's no need to lather up beforehand, however the bars really don't allow for a close enough shave. Especially when it comes to smaller areas like armpits, ankles and knees, you don't get the flexibility you need to get all the hair. They're quite pricey too. The only time I've found these useful enough was when I was younger and went to camp because they were easy to transport and fast to use in the cold lake, but other than that I wouldn't waste my money again. -

Really disappointed in these! I'm a huge caesar fan, and recently I was at a friends and had a major caesar craving. Since I was hungover, and didn't want to go all the way to the grocery store to buy all the necessary ingredients, I decided to whip a few doors down to the LCBO and pick up some pre-made ones. I've had the Motts brand ones and they're alright, nothing like a home-made one but they'll do in a pinch. Unfortunately they only had these new ones. Since I usually make my caesars with Franks instead of tabasco anyway, I though hey, they might be alright! But boy was I wrong.
First of all, these are incredibly thick. Like, sickeningly thick. Second of all, it doesn't taste like a caesar at all -- it tastes like tomato soup. Cold, congealed, tomato soup. So gross. There is no depth of flavour, just bland tomato paste. I used half a bottle, filled the rest of the glass with water, added a ton of ice, a lemon slice, and threw in some pepper. Then it was drinkable, but that's all. $10 bucks for 4 too ... so not worth it! I should have sucked it up and made the trip to the store, because all the ingredients would have evened out to about the same price, and I would have had a much more enjoyable drink. In the end, don't waste your money on these.

These cute little eye shadow quads are perfect for making a variety of looks out of one tiny container. I have 2 so far: "nouveau nude", which has nice golds and browns, and "sundance", which has a pink, browns, and burgundy (perfect for fall!). The quality of these is very good -- the powder is like silk, and blends effortlessly. The pigment is good, but not the greatest (the lighter colours especially I find very sheer, but the darker ones pack quite a punch). The shadows stay noticeable all day, especially if you use a shadow primer.
Overall I find these great because the compact itself is very small and perfect for travel, and you can create many different looks out of one. The price is pretty steep ($15) compared to other quads you can pick up from Covergirl or the like, but the quality of these is much better. So if you're looking to splurge on a drugstore eye shadow, i'd go for this one.

I've been using a lot of Marcelle products lately, and I am very impressed. I have this Lux Gloss in Muse, which is a deep burgundy with a bit of sparkle. The gloss itself goes on very smooth, and gives a great pop of colour. It makes my lips look very soft and supple, and it isn't sticky at all. The tube itself has a nice square design and is the perfect size for a small handbag or clutch, and the wand applicator makes application easy. While I like how soft this gloss keeps my lips, the only downfall is longevity... I find that while the tint remains, the sheen fades after about a half hour. Overall though, a good lip gloss for the price. -

I really love this scrub. It's been a part of my daily routine for quite a while now, and it truly works well for me. The scrub itself is very gentle, I use it daily in the evenings and it doesn't dry my skin out. I like that it leaves me feeling clean, and keeps my face smooth. It has 2% salicylic acid to help prevent acne. The best part is the price...it's around $3 depending where you buy it, and even less on sale. -

I am in love with this lipstick! I have it in 6 colours so far, with my favourite being Spellbound which is a bright pink. I've never been a big lipstick person because I find I can never apply it evenly, the colour is never right for my skin tone, and it wears off so fast. This lipstick is fool-proof though. It glides on effortlessly, doesn't smudge or run, and lasts all day. Seriously, I've slept in it and woken up with fabulous lips. It is also very moisturizing. The tube is square and the bottom shows the colour nicely so you don't have to open the lids to see what shade it is. Will for sure be buying more of these! -
