I am not a vitamin taking person but at 50 my body is telling me I better pay attention & do something.
At the recommendation of our local health food store I starting taking Bone by Mega Food. It was amazing how great I felt but it is so expensive! No I didn't take the recommended 6 pills/day but I was good with 2/day. Still 1 bottle didn't last long. So I tried other brands. The other (whole food) Brands were little cheaper but they didn't work as good or if at all. So if you can afford Mega Foods I recommend them with all my heart.
