I know most people really love this chair for its modern lines and the fact that the baby eats at the table "with" the family, but it just did not work for us. For new eaters it is extremely EXTREMELY messy. Like, we had to change her clothes after every meal. We considered feeing her in nothing but her diaper, but it seemed kind of weird. Also, if you didn't completely scrub down the table after every meal pureed food would cake on the table like cement. There is a $100 tray you can buy that sticks on the table, but that seems kind of overpriced to me. I hope we can use it again as a booster seat when she's older, but in the mean time we bought a $85 plastic version at babies r us that saves us sooooo much time cleaning up. -

This is my baby's favourite teether. We've purchased others, but this is the one that we both keep coming back to. You can put it in the freezer, or just leave it at room temperature. The different textures are supposed to feel good on teething gums, and the silicone seems to have the perfect amount of "give". I've never worn it like a bracelet as the manufacturer suggests, but you totally could! It's also the perfect size for little hands to grab and it's very lightweight. A go-to shower gift! -

I use these diapers in size 3 for my daughter and I love them. My daughter is a heavy wetter and would wake up with leaks when in regular diapers. There is nothing more frustrating when they're finally sleeping through the night then to be woken up with a leaky diaper. Leaks in these diapers are very few and far between. I've used the Huggies equivalent before and I just didn't like them as much. The texture was rougher and they didn't seem to have the same quality feel to them. They worked better than a regular diaper, but did have more leaks than the Pampers overnight. -

I bought this at Target for $18 USD and it was worth every penny. My baby didn't like slings or other more restrictive carriers and she also really liked to look around from a young age, so this one was great for the money. It adjusts to fit both me and my husband, it's light weight, and compact. I often throw it in the bottom of the stroller in case we're out and the baby starts fussing. Wearing her makes her feel more safe and secure. The straps and weight distribution qualities aren't the greatest can make it a bit tough on the shoulders if you're wearing it for a really long time, but for short walks, grocery shopping, or running a few errands, it's great! It's even easy to put on when you're by yourself. Recommend especially to those on a tight budget. It's not that old, so I can't attest to the longevity yet. -

I bought the Ergo infant insert so I could use the Ergo Carrier from day one. My daughter was not a fan. Screamed every time I put her in it (and I did try to get her into it many times!). I also found that being a petite woman, the infant insert raised the baby up so high she was practically in my face and didn't seem secure. My daughter didn't like being swaddled and also rejected traditional slings, so it could be that it just didn't work for us. She likes the traditional "baby bjorn" style carrier, so I'm hopeful that once she's older she'll like the Ergo (without the infant insert). -

I think a playmat in general is great for little babies. My daughter started using and enjoying the playmat at about 2 months and can keep her self happy and occupied on it for ages (she's 4 months now). I like this one because of the mirror and music functions. The parent has to turn the music on, which is nice, because the song is really long. This mat has lots of hooks for adding extra toys, which is great because you can customize it to some degree. Plus the jungle theme is really cute and gender neutral. -
