I recommend to use a gentle cleanser before using this scrub and use gentle motions when scrubing. Use it once to twice a week.

It got rid of some of my pimples (not all of them though, maybe it would work better with st.ives cleanser) and made my acne scars less visible. Takes som time, so don't expect miracles right away! But i definitely recommend it!    -
