I swore by Heys for years. My last set lasted over a decade and when it started to show its wear and tear, I opted for a new set. What I got was super-flimsy, has already been a concern with how it functions and I expect my next trip will result...   +

I swore by Heys for years. My last set lasted over a decade and when it started to show its wear and tear, I opted for a new set.

What I got was super-flimsy, has already been a concern with how it functions and I expect my next trip will result in the loss of my belongings as it splits open. The quality is no longer there. Avoid heartache and extra expense - buy Samsonite or Monos but NOT Heys!

As for Customer Service - THERE IS NONE.    -
