ITS SMUDGES EVERYWHERE. i have been on the hunt for a no smudge eyeliner for the longest time. yes. this one is a "smudge" liner which means you can probably do a smoke liner or if you want to a smokey eye. but i also assume that after you smudge it or use it regularly, its supposed to stay in place AND NOT MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A PANDA AFTER 3 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

the long wearing forrula in this eyeliner works. its just the design of the tip that doesn't do it for me. the top of the tip is supposed to make it easy to do a cat eye but i just cant seem to make it work. the tip is very rough so it kind of drags... +
the long wearing forrula in this eyeliner works. its just the design of the tip that doesn't do it for me. the top of the tip is supposed to make it easy to do a cat eye but i just cant seem to make it work. the tip is very rough so it kind of drags the skin around my lash line.the ink of the pen liner also stops soaking the tip of the liner which makes it a very messy application process.
Please fix the design Cover Girl!

it gets clumpy and flakes after a few layers so you cant build up the colour. there's a tiny bit of glitter fall out but not much. yes it does last a long time but the colour fades, that's why i try to build it up so obviously that doesn't work... +
