I'm a smoothie drinker in the morning . Frozen fruits, fresh juice and sometimes seeds is all I need except when I can feel I little on the tires side. To help me fight off a cold, I will add emergen-c and it seems to do the trick.

The smarties flavour is my favourite!! I always take it without the chocolate syrup. The thickness of the ice-cream helps keep the consistency of the blizzard even on a very hot day!

My husband and son love Nutella! One of their favourite breakfast treats is slice banana, peanut butter and Nutella toasted sandwiches. I like that they are getting a good start to the day.
