Let's say you've exfoliated recently, don't usually need a toner as part of your regular skin care, and you feel a bit dry. This stuff is great for a sudden burst of moisture. It absorbs super quick.
Typically, in that situation, if I feel a bit dry but don't know if I should do a full-blown serum/face mask, I put a layer of this on and then wait a few minutes. Too much moisture can be a problem! and this product is a great way to figure out if you need more or not.

Ingredients are *chef's kiss*. Pure oils.
Only complaint is that it can be a bit heavy! For every day use, use a mechanic facial blender to spread a small amount. If you are applying directly from the dropper, you may need to blot some away unless you are experiencing severe dryness - then let that skin DRANK.
Because of how heavy it is, the bottle lasts a seriously long time, and because its oil-based, it wont "go bad" for a verrrryyy long time. Great price point because of it's longevity.
Nice, light smell. Heavy feel, takes about 15 mins for skin to drink up. I love to use it after a toner or exfoliator. Plus, it's cruelty free, american made, and is has a simple apothecary-like design in a dark brown bottle, which also protects the product from sun exposure.

Works very well, I use a makeup removing puff as opposed to cotton rounds or washcloths. I use about 5 drops for makeup removal on each eye. It works really well for minimal makeup, but takes a lot for heavy eye makeup and its a high price point for a small amount of product. Ingredients are top-notch! Would definitely recommend to a friend who only wears light eye makeup. -

Hey, 26 is still pretty young. But after a night of drinking or bad sleep, I definitely have some bluish/dark bags under my eyes. This cream literally makes that disappear a minute after application. I have been using the cream at night and in the morning. Since I started using it regularly, I literally havent had bags under my eyes - and I still have long nights and rough nights!!
I got it in an Ipsy Glam Bag, and the product looks exactly as advertised by IPSY and on their own website.
$29 per 0.5 oz, which has lasted me a month and will probably last another month as well, you only need a teeeeeeeeny squeeze per application for under eye/corner and maybe a little extra for eyelid.

I will definitely not be buying it again. The circumstances are: I am white, 26, have combo skin (oily lower face/dry upper face) but typically not very sensitive, I'm not prone to breakouts or blackheads, most commonly I experience dry skin. This wash is DEFINTELY a toner. It literally burns a bit after a few minutes. I can't leave it on the recommended 10 mins, I do around 7-8. It does contain alcohols, but nothing of much concern for those who arent sensitive to alcohol. It's a good toner - I appy it to milia (bumps to small to be full blown pimples) and then moisturize after. It is good for this usage, I just don't have enough reason to buy it again because I don't need toner that often, and because of the NATURAL INGREDIENTS(Big Plus) it WILL go bad after being open for a while. I would only recommend it to those with very oily skin/persistent need for toner.
