The 10in size are substantial and very filling. The wraps are on the chewier side and everyone at dinner felt you could really taste that they were whole wheat versus white. The soft texture absorbs well and I felt great using it on baby.
The only negative is that it is a squeeze bottle And I like a pump bottle as you typically only have one free hand while getting baby ready.
