As a breastfeeding mom with low iron I love this product. It definitely helps to keep my nails strong and hair strong. Without these vitamins my nails are constantly breaking.

I do have to get the nightime diapers though because the regular diapers don't cut it at night.

Aha sparkling water beverage
I find this to be on the higher price end of the flavoured fuzzy waters but I do enjoy them. There is more carbonation in this brand and I like the flavours, they are very unique.
