I ordered a wig two weeks prior to the date I needed it. I received the order confirmation followed by an order processed email. Days went by without recieving a shipping confirmation, therefore I contacted the company to ask if it had been shipped...   +

I ordered a wig two weeks prior to the date I needed it. I received the order confirmation followed by an order processed email. Days went by without recieving a shipping confirmation, therefore I contacted the company to ask if it had been shipped. They replied the next day to tell me the wig I ordered 6 days prior would be out of stock for another week. Mind you I had to contact them, so they had no intentions of telling me the wig wasn’t in stock. Their website claims to have a 7-10 day shipping time, but looks to me like they take your money without being aware of their own inventory.    -
