I would really recommend trying Revive smoothies. They are wonderful to have in your freezer, for when you need a quick meal or snack. I struggle with eating consistently, and often skip meals, when I am not on a consistent schedule during summer. These have helped immensely, and made it very easy to eat something healthy quickly when I realized I had skipped a meal. For my personal use, I added additional protein powder, and liked the flexibility of being able to do so. I also found that microwaving the cup for 20-30 seconds, or letting it sit out a little before blending, helped me to get a smoother smoothie in my blender. -
