Although I normally go for a 3-in-1 cleanser (cleanser, toner, exfoliator), I did enjoy this facial cleanser. It didn't irritate my skin at all, and it felt sort of like i was cleaning my face with lotion, but it did a good job of taking off my makeup. I didn't really feel like I was getting a good cleanse because it had no lather or exfoliation, but that could be just a mental thing, because my skin seemed to enjoy it. Normally after I wash my face, my skin gets super dry about five minutes later if I don't moisturize. I didn't moisturize as an experiment with this one, and while i did experience my normal tightness it was not nearly so bad as normal, and my skin felt less tight and dry than if I just wash with water.
I liked the big bottle and the pump because it made me feel like I didn't have to use a tiny bit to conserve it. I would take this camping/travelling with me, although in a smaller travel bottle, because it doesn't dry my skin out - I could just take this cleanser and my tinted facial moisturizer/sunscreen, which is a very light lotion, and be fine.

I love this thing. It looks very sexy and adult, for a gaming system. I don't feel like I'm clinging on to childhood when i pull this sucker out in public. My husband bought it for me as a birthday present, along with Brain Age, and I enjoy playing it. I have a few other games as well. I like the dual screens, the touch screen is really cool, but I'm not sure how i feel about voice commands, I'm not quite 'there' in regards to talking to my electronic devices. (Also not a huge fan of voice dialing, so if you're into that, you might enjoy this aspect.) Although I'll admit I've played a game that involved 'blowing' on a windmill through the microphone, and found it charming.
Great for sitting in the doctor's office, or unwinding (sudoku, anyone?) after a long day. And my husband and my MOTHER! (who is a grandmother) both like to steal it from time to time!

Switchcraft is like a clever, modern twist between The Prince and the Pauper and Freaky Friday. It sucked me in from the first chapter, and I had a hard time putting it down.
Two best galpals who have drifted apart as thier lives took different paths suddenly have to walk a mile in each other's shoes, and those shoes do not fit the way they would expect them to! While this book had the potential to be very confusing, I had no problem at all following along as the story switched between women and lives. I loved the hilarious and honest sense of humour in this book, as it pokes fun at the dynamics of mommy groups and swinging singles. This book appeals to the expecting parent, the mother, and the single woman all at the same time. I've never read Mary Castillo's other books, but I'm definitely going to have to look them up after this one. It was like a girls night out in the middle of the afternoon!

I found that I never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes in the waiting room for the appointments I've had with her, and one of those times I showed up really early because of the bus system, I was done the appointment before I was even scheduled to come in. I felt that I got less of a 'rush rush rush' vibe and more of a 'quick and efficient' vibe from her. She is friendly and asked if I had any extra questions, which is something I don't get from my normal doctor. She genuinely seemed interested in being as helpful as possible. I also felt like she was really focused on me during the appointment.
I'm not going back to my usual doctor after Dr. Taylor, now that I see the difference between an efficient doctor and a doctor who is rushing you out. I'm going to have to find a new one.

This would easily be the cheapest product in my entire bathroom, by a long shot. And I love it to pieces. I have tons of hair, but it's really fine. This stuff brings my limp locks to life. When I blowdry with it, I get full, straight hair. But I can also just scrunch my hair and let it airdry and I get tons of volume there, too! My favourite thing to do with this stuff is just scrunch my hair and have frizz-free waves - when it's humid, this stuff gives me nice waves where if i straightened my hair it would be nothing but frizz.
I love this stuff for the fact that it doens't have an overpowering fragrance, either. If I'm going for casual wavy hair, the last thing I want is to smell like I poured a litre of product into it. This stuff smells pleasant when you put it in, but then when it dries the smell is gone and you're au natural. Also, I've had very sensitive skin with my pregnancy, and almost all fragranced products make my skin react, but this stuff is just fine. I love it!

I bought this adorable bag from this online store, and considering it's worth about $85 USD I think I got a great deal. I was nervous about whether I'd like it or not in person but when I opened the package I was thrilled, the fabric does NOT photograph well, it's way more gorgeous in person. I paid about as much for this as I would have for something at Walmart or similar, and it's the nicest diaper bag I've seen yet. It looks way out of the price range I'd be willing to pay for something I'm going to fill with diapers and dirty baby clothes. -

Motherhood Maternity is the store I wish I had heard about when I first got pregnant. I found there was such a large selection of cute, up-to-date clothes in a very affordable price range, which is so important when you're buying maternity clothes because you wind up needing an entire new wardrobe that you're going to wear for less than a year before you pack it away! Mixed in were some really nicely priced basic tshirts (buy 2 or more for $8ea) and tanktops (buy two or more for $7.50ea) If I had heard about this store last year I would have a much larger, cuter wardrobe right now!
I am still riding high on my shopping visit yesterday, I spent $65 and walked away with two very chic shirts and a classic, comfy summer dress. I found that everything I tried on fit really nicely and flattered very well. I would definitely insist that anyone who is pregnant check out this store!
