HI, I have used Nivea q10 plus for awhile now, and boy do I notice a huge difference! It's a lotion, it goes on smooth and silky, it cleanses with no difficulty. It doesn't dry your skin, it makes it smooth, the wrinkles actually start to disappear. It's well worth the price, which is comparable to other brands, but it's high quality. I love it -

got one of these in a sample box and immediately put it in my car, with four dogs to chauffer around every day, lets just say that anything that covers that doggie odor is needed. well Febreze car vent clips worked.... for a few weeks then you could not smell the scent anymore but it seemed to still be working as the dog smell was gone.. i'd reccommend this but if you want long lasting scent this wont do it for you -
