I have no issues when I go into the store. My low rating is for the online shopping. Things can be seen as available and you purchase it then actually it's not in stock. This has happened twice and now they are sending me a free pair from my order...   +

I have no issues when I go into the store. My low rating is for the online shopping. Things can be seen as available and you purchase it then actually it's not in stock. This has happened twice and now they are sending me a free pair from my order but not the ones I actually purchased in the buy one get one free deal. Takes forever to talk to so me one or they just close you case without messaging back. They know their online system is terrible yet keep it the same. Lots of people complain about it yet again they don't do something about it. This will bet he last I oder online after I deal with this order    -
