My new favourite pimple patch! I started using Nexcare™ Thin & Transparent Acne Patches and they've worked wonders on my blemishes. They're super thin and clear, and each patch has a convenient applicator tab. I use them overnight, after my nightly skincare routine. They stick really well and don't dry out my skin. By morning, they've turned white and absorbed all the yuck out of my pimples. I'll definitely be restocking these in my skincare cabinet.

Cranberry juice often helps, but I don't want to drink too much high calorie sugar added juice regularly. Swiss Natural Cran-Max is the perfect solution in a convenient supplement format. I'm happy to see that it contains 100% pure cranberry solids with no added sugars or artificial flavours. I've taken these daily for several weeks now, and have not experienced any UTIs or onset symptoms at all. It's a great supplement that I'll be adding into my daily routine. -

After showering, I massage it into my clean dry skin using circular hand motions. The packaging itself has a massage guide with pictures. It’s a pleasant sensory experience that leaves my skin feeling firmer and smoother. My skin feels very well moisturized. I'm also happy it doesn't contain any phthalates or parabens. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an excellent body cream.

I recently tried Tom's of Maine Natural Toothpaste for the first time! I appreciate that it uses natural ingredients and no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. The paste is effective at cleaning and has a deep refreshing smell like peppermint oil. I find that it keeps my breath fresher for longer. I would definitely get Tom's toothpaste again. -
