I am now extra cautious when it comes to injuries and as soon as something doesn’t seem right I make sure to stop and figure out what is wrong. I often still wear the tenser band so the odd time it feels sore I don’t have to worry. K Tape was perfect for me as it gave my knee the extra support it needed. Once K Tape was on the soreness I felt while running was completely gone. It lasted the entire game and I completely forgot it was even on until we finished, it’s that light. K Tape also has versions for shoulder pain, neck pain and ankle pain.
It is very easy to use and can be used for many different injuries or knee problems. Seeing as knee problems are so common these days I would recommend trying K Tape when a little extra support is needed. It is something I now carry with me to my activities and I am so thankful that it can help allow me to continue participating in sports.

When you first feel the sponge it feels far from a sponge as it is harder and more rough, but don`t let it fool you! Just as the package says it really does get soft when it`s wet and I could not believe how quickly it went to feeling like a sponge! I have used other facial cleansers before but I have found some of them to be a bit of a hassle and rather rough on my skin. With this past experience I was curious how the sponge might work but it was nothing like I expected! It really became so soft that it was gentle on my skin. Simply using the sponge to go in circles over my face made my skin feel much fresher and softer.
Unlike previous facial cleansers that I have used I found the sponge also drys nicely. You just leave it on a flat surface and it will dry perfectly and be ready to use again. I was so surprised with the EcoTools Pure Complexion Deep Cleansing Facial Sponge and will definitely be using it again and again!
