I am a woman with heavy and painful periods. I am also very active and like many not a fan of pads or tampons. Pads give you that horrible diaper feel, and tampons leave you well dry, uncomfortable, and I end up worrying if I will leak through and have a very embarrassing moment. Diva Cup has solved all of these problems for me. FYI: I've never had children and have cup 1.
What I love about the Diva Cup:
* It can handle even the heaviest periods
* I don't have to worry about leaking - okay, I'll admit at first I did because the Diva Cup, I found, has a bit of a learning curve. At first I couldn't seem to get it in right and would have some leaking through, but honestly when you figure it out it's absolutely flawless!
* It's super comfortable to the point I forget it's in - okay, not at first when you first insert it, you definitely notice it, but within 20 minutes you forget if it's in right.
* You don't have to worry how long it's in - I find I can go all day with it in if I choose which is really nice and convenient.
* It saves me money - I though it was a little pricey at first ($40 CAD), but when you calculate all the money you save on pads and tampons, it's well worth it and saves you a lot!
* It's eco-friendly - I'll admit I'm not a big eco-friendly kind of person, but for many others that is a major perk of the product thus I'll acknowledge it.
* It's very easy to clean - just wash and reload ;)
What I don't like about Diva Cup:
* Washing it in a public place - serious I think people look at me like I'm crazy when I go to wash it in the bathroom... to minimize it though I dump the blood, try to clean what blood I can off with toilet paper then go out and wash it when it's not a bloody mess.

For many, many, many months I was suffering bad headaches. I would do everything to stop them... take tylenol, motrin, aspirin, rub my temples, take a shower, get some shut eye... I mean anything. Regardless of what I took, nothing seems to do much at all, if anything it would only very slightly reduce it leaving me still in a lot of pain. So, the first time I took excedrin I was extremely skeptical, but thought it couldn't hurt. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprise when about half an hour later my head was hurting significantly less and it lasted for about 4 hours or so (BIG RELIEF!). Overall, it's a great product and a staple in my cabinet. I'm not sure why it seems to work better, but it's great... I even have my boyfriend taking it now and he agrees. The only thing I must say I don't like and the reason I took one star off quality is because I have found that if you throw the bottle in your purse or bag it make come open and spill everywhere; it has happened to me twice, easy solution is to put it in a ziplock bag before taking it with you.
Also for a little more info I gathered from the companies website:
Excedrin® Extra Strength is a combination pain reliever that contains acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. Doctors believe that these combination pain-relief products offer major advantages, including an enhanced pain-relieving effect. Caffeine is also an ingredient in many prescription headache medications, however, a non-prescription, combination pain reliever like Excedrin® is often recommended as an alternative.
Acetaminophen 250 mg
Aspirin 250 mg (NSAID)
Caffeine 65 mg
