Many sports drinks used to replenish electrolytes have a ton of sodium but this has a manageable amount per cup. I will usually add it to an inter-workout drink (like BCAA's) and also to a post-workout protein shake. They are super expensive here but I stock up when they are on sale - sometimes 70% off! -

There are other products in the line but this is a wonderfully effective spray that provides shine, smooth, detangled locks, moisture, colour retention, UV/heat protection, plus so many other things. Also, 1-2 spritzes is all you need and the price is super manageable. I definitely recommend this for anyone with dry/damaged/over-processed hair that needs a pick me up. -

Maynards Bassett's Liquorice Allsorts
I have tried many different brands of allsorts and these are the best. They are never stale and always fresh and delicious. I love the plain black liquorice and the ones with the cream. YUM!

Sensodyne Whitening Plus Tartar Fighting Toothpaste
I love how fresh and clean this makes my mouth feel. I've been using this consistently for a very long time and haven't really noticed much "whitening" action but that's ok, it's not my main concern. I have sensitive teeth and this really helps... +

IÖGO 0% Yogurt
I bought the 0% on sale over the weekend in a key lime flavour and was not impressed. I ate it alone with a few pieces of fruit and it barely had any flavour. There are other 0% yogurts out there with comparable sugars and more flavour. I will try... +

This was the first Nails Inc. colour I'd purchased and I was SOLD. The colour is a beautiful royal cobalt blue with perfect application. The formula is streak-free and flawless. I wear it often on its own because its so beautiful but you could easily but a pretty top coat on. Cover it with Seche Vite and you are golden. Be careful you don't blind anyone with the shine. -
