Jamieson Zinc Lozenges with Echinacea and Vitamins C and D
These were recommended by a friend to take at the first sign of a cold. I'm not sure how well they worked at staving off the cold, but they are a nice dose of vitamins. I will keep some in the house for the next time to see!

Fisherman's Friend Lozenges
I LOVE these in every flavour, especially cherry and original. I stock up on these when I am sick and have to be careful because I could eat them like candy. They are so soothing and really help with sore throats and congestion!

Blistex Silk & Shine
I'm usually more of a lipgloss fanatic but this is my favourite Blistex product - likely because it shines AND provides moisture - the best of both worlds, fashion and function. It's a nice inexpensive balm also which is a bonus!
