I have been reading the Savage Love Letter of the day in our local newspaper for as long as I can remember, and have been listening to the complementary Lovecast podcast since its birth in 2006. Dan Savage is a wonderful man to listen to and is always full of great advice as well as humorous banter and political insight. I have since been able to use some of his advice - DTMFA! - with my girlfriends. I've also recently heard a Savage term, "monogamish" quoted in local news. It's been fun listening to the evolution of the podcast (now with a longer, paid version) and the odd Canadian caller :) -

I don't often eat dairy, and yogurt is never my first choice of snack but this is totally different. The lemon meringue and cherry flavours are my absolute FAVOURITE EVER. A few years ago I found a recipe for this super healthy lemon cake that called for yogurt, and instead of plain yogurt I used the lemon meringue and I wish I had've saved the recipe because it was the best, most moist, lemony cake I have ever had - and I have searched high and low but can't find the recipe again.
For a snack I often add oats or fruit to a bowl of this yogurt (especially cherry).

My favourite scents were Ciao Ciao and Adieu. Adieu smelled so familiar to me and I loved it for some sort of nostalgic reason that I can't quite pinpoint. I purchased these from Sephora while they were still carrying Tokidoki and I still have 1 of the solid perfumes left. I'm not sure what I'm going to do when I run out...

These lip glosses came in such fun scents (I won't say colours - because I found they all looked pretty clear...) and fun tubes, each with its own distinct character (I also found out the little character inside the tube is a sticker! so collectible!).
The applicator was kind of weird, but it made getting out of the tube pretty easy. The formula itself was tacky, but it didn't hinder my enjoyment. I wish these were still around - they were my favourite!

I have 2 of these, my favourite of which is from the Mon Amour collection with the pearly white case. It took me 2 years to get around to opening one of them to use the brushes - I was getting sick of travelling with my full-size brush collection and didn't want to have to go buy a new travel set if I already had 2 of these.
I absolutely love them. My only complaint is that the brushes might just be "too" soft and luxurious. It takes a little too much effort to get them to pick up any powders. My favourite brush is the eyebrow brush - so glad that one works well because it's a lifesaver for me.

Okay so I bought this mainly for the packaging - the Mon Amour collection was so so so pretty.
When I received this in the mail I wasn't at all as fond of the eye shadow colours as I thought. The light colours aren't very well pigmented and the dark colours are too dark and flaky. This mostly just sits, looking pretty, unused, on my vanity - even after 3 years.

This was the last Sephora palette I purchased - and I purchased 4 previously. I thought this was going to be way better quality but there were really only a handful of eyeshadows that I really enjoyed the colour/application of, and I've still not used the eyeliner. I mostly just play with the lip gloss, of which there is a ton. Other than that, I have been skeptical to purchase another like this since. -
Sephora Collection Color Play 5 in 1 Palette
I still have this palette 4 years later - mind you it's gotten tons of use and I've gone through many of my favourite shades of eye shadow, but this kit is still so versatile. I love it even for the fun lipgloss and blush colours.
