Kellogg's Mini Wheats Strawberry
These are not my favourite flavour of mini wheats but I usually keep a box to snack on. I find the strawberry flavour kind of artificial but seriously sometimes I just want a not-so-serious snack!

I've yet to see them locally but I will definitely be purchasing if they are anything like the regular stone-ground wheat bars. Way better than a fig newton! -

I was absolutely surprised by the perfume scent, but it doesn't seem to irritate my skin. I have been using this routinely for about a week now and have noticed minimized pores and overall clear and happy skin. I don't usually use toner so I'm not an expert, but I really like this one! -

I always try to buy a new flavour of Traditional Medicinals when they go on sale. This week I tried Easy Now in an attempt to get over this Asia/Canada jet lag. I made the mistake of drinking this not exactly right before bed - and I was just about ready for sleep once I was finished my cup. With flavours of chamomile, lavender, and passionfruit herb, it tastes just like a cup of sleepy time tea. I will definitely purchase again -

Their epic run tights are my absolute favourite of any tight I have ever run in - you can have your Lulu, but I eat and breathe the epic run tights. I also have a few pairs of pro-combat compression tights and shorts that I love to wear in the summer, and a pair of dedicated running sneakers that have taken me all over the world - literally. This brand of clothing is meant to work hard in, and can definitely withstand good use. -

I have only ever had this in the chocolate infusion flavour because it's always on sale 50% off at my local grocery store. I have never tried this in smoothies, but I use it every day in my oatmeal. I mix in 1 scoop, add an apple and banana, and am good to go for the morning. It looks gross - I know - but it really does taste like chocolate and has so many healthy, organic, non-GMO ingredients. -
