Apple iPhone 4S
I was a Blackberry fanatic until November 2012 when I picked up my 4S. Telus had a sale where the 8GB phone was free...except they were sold out of that, and the 16 and 32, so I got my 64GB for free!! Tons of space, though there was a period of time... +
I was a Blackberry fanatic until November 2012 when I picked up my 4S. Telus had a sale where the 8GB phone was free...except they were sold out of that, and the 16 and 32, so I got my 64GB for free!! Tons of space, though there was a period of time where my entire music library took up about 80% of the phone's capacity. I like having the ability to have that with me.
Also, my home/office are very Apple-oriented so I love being able to sync with my computer and other Mac apps.
I am amazed that my phone has survived this long. The lock button just started to stick last week, but the phone is 2.5 years old and nowhere close to biting the dust. All updates work flawlessly and my phone rarely ever freezes since the iOS 8 update for this phone.
I travel a lot, and this phone has been across the world with me. That brings me to the issue of camera quality. I know the quality on the 6 and even the 5 are so much better than on the 4. I usually travel with a DSLR camera, but for quick snaps I like being able to use my phone and would love to have a better quality camera when I am due for an upgrade.

I received this as a deluxe sample from Sephora recently and have fallen in love. I have used 2-step microdermabrasion products in the past, and definitely don't mind the process, but this is just so quick and easy.
This has a sandy texture, not at all rough, but it does a great job at smoothing out the skin. It also has a pleasant scent, and a little goes a long way. The deluxe sample will likely last me for months with 2x per week use.
I know the price is steep so I'm not sure if I will buy the full size product...but we'll see.

I am sad that I wasn't more impressed with this product because I always use Body Shop shower products.

On a positive note I do really enjoy how moisturizing it is. And for that reason I would likely buy again, perhaps a shower cream in another scent.

Pretzel m&m's
These are my FAVOURITE M&M;'s - I think for me they even top the PB M&M;'s which is saying a lot because I love PB. The salty + sweet + candy coating is just the best combination. For movie nights I love choosing this to munch on!

TRESemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture Conditioner
I also will use this in between my regular salon brands due to my hair tolerance. I really like the scent, and often use the shampoo and conditioner for volume. I think it does a pretty good job for the price. I can only use it a few days in a row... +

I have been a follower of Thrice for over a decade now - and have also closely followed Kensrue's solo career.
I watched Thrice evolve.
And have since watched Kensrue evolved as well.
This album is targeted towards a different audience than his previous solo albums, though it does offer some similarities in terms of lyrical content and overall musicality to his solo debut Please Come Home (2007).
This album, overall, feels like a love letter. It is beautiful to listen to, with Kensrue's hints of blues, folk, and lovely piano additions (my favourite). On it's release day (21/4/15) I think I listened to the album front to back at least 4 times. His voice, and his words, are absolutely captivating.

What a great movie to watch while spending the day at home. It's a long one - runtime is 165 minutes - but very, very much well worth the time.
This is a movie filmed, following the same characters, over 12 years. It follows Mason's life from young childhood to high school graduation. Boyhood features all the trials and tribulations about growing up, and is set to a great soundtrack and features excellent performances by the entire cast - Ellar Coltrane, Ethan Hawke, Patricia Arquette, Lorelei Linklater).
Definitely put in the time to watch - you won't regret!

Theory of Everything (2014)
Pivotal. This film really touched me. What a beautiful story about the loving, yet saddened, relationship between Steven Hawking and his wife. It is a story of tenacity and physical struggles. Definitely recommend.

There was a lot of hype about this film - I was expecting my mind to be blown and to ultimately question my entire existence. It was a good movie, but I felt kind of indifferent when the movie ended.
