I was able to find this not long ago at Costco - so boy did the bottles every last forever. I didn't use this every day but would switch out with a volumizing shampoo. This always made my hair feel super soft and manageable and like most other Organix products, the scent was great and not too overpowering or artificial. I have heard a few salon stylists say this is their go-to drug store brand and will often purchase over salon brands. Win! -
Taste? Really? I don't think I'd eat the stuff on its own haha. I use this in my cat's littler box but my favourite use is to mix with shampoo to clarity my hair. I have THE BEST hair days when I use baking soda. It really cleanses and gets all of... +

Musically I was more interested in other things by the time this album was released, but GC still brought me back to that pivotal time in my youth when I was coming into my own.
2002. SO LONG AGO. I can't believe I still listen to this album. Even though I don't like the album in its entirety I can't deny there are some good songs on here that I still listen to!

I read the book first and was pleased with the film adaptation. Brody is never a disappointment. This movie was sad, beautiful, and overall very well done.

This is my favourite album of all time. This album was released at a time when, musically, emotionally, etc. I was really coming into my own person. And this album just touched me in a way that, as a whole, no other album has. At this point it is full of not only great music but nostalgia also. It was difficult for me to look up the release year of this album because I can't believe it was over a decade ago, and it still gets regular play.
From beginning to end this album has many different tones, sounds, and themes. One song written about Lacey's ill grandfather, and another about the life of touring "wasting words on lower cases and capitals".
My favourite song (almost of all time) is Play Crack The Sky. From beginning to end. That song is endless chills and good and bad feelings and things I will never be able to describe with words.
That said, I can't find many real words to describe how I feel about this album. To hear it performed live was amazing, an experience I will treasure forever. There is definite maturation from YFW (2001), and then again future departure, musically, on subsequent albums.
I love the growth and change of Brand New.

I first saw this movie on cable when I really started coming into my own - I was getting into my own groove with punk music, writing, and not caring about "fitting in" at school.
This movie fit me.
Of course I was already in love with Matthew Lillard.
I wasn't apart of the initial "true punk" scene though I have heard this film was not an accurate description, as it followed the every day routine of the 2 lone punks in Salt Lake City (another criticism is that the midwest didn't even have a punk scene?) But who cares. This movie was an entertaining monologue-esque film that really fit what I was feeling at 16 years old.

I think this movie is definitely considered a cult classic. I only watched it for the first time about a year ago, and have been a huge fan of Leto (musically) for over a decade.
It's a movie about drug addiction, simply put. This movie follows the lives of four drug addicts. Ellen Burstyn was excellent in this movie. I am happy to state that Jared Leto also gave an outstanding performance, and this was easily Jennifer Connolly's best.
This movie is disturbing, depressing, yet incredibly beautiful. It left me feeling raw and incredibly appreciative of my life. I will have to watch again to really appreciate what happened.

I didn't like this as much as Donnie Darko (2001) and I wish it had've featured the Donnie Darko director. I'm not sure what this movie was trying to accomplish.
S. Darko follow's Donnie Darko's younger sister, Samantha, and her best friend on a road trip, following her brother (Donnie)'s death. Throw in a whole bunch of D. Darko cliches and some not-so-great cinematography or acting (when compared to D. Darko) and there you have it.
I've only seen it once, and will likely watch again...but I'm afraid of the disappointment.

Donnie survives an accident - and then in comes a demonic rabbit (Frank) who has predicted the end of the world.
This movie is beautifully done, the cast was top notch, and it's a film you can't see just once. It will leave you feeling numerous emotions and asking many questions (about the film and even about the purpose of your own existence).
This is in my top 5 for sure.

I'm not even blonde and I love using this shampoo/conditioner in the summer. It subtly lightens my hair and doesn't make it brassy. Plus it smells great and you can often get it on sale at SDM!
