Like most other Dove antiperspirants they work great for me on "easy" days or to freshen up after a workout. I do not find that Dove antiperspirants are as effective during my intense cardio days. However, I would keep this spray in my gym bag for when I'm done working out and it works great! Dove clear is true to name - goes on clear and stays clear. -

This has been my go-to scent for antiperspirant for years. Effectiveness is only 3/5 because I find it does not stand up to the test on my really hard cardio days but I would use it any other time, or to freshen up afterwards.

There are way better protein options that taste great and are easier to cook. They are often dry and have a strange texture which is a little gritty. I doubt I would repurchase again once I finish the box I have currently. -

I'm not going to lie - when I ran out of my own antiperspirant, I borrowed a stick from my bf's stockpile - because he LOVES this stuff. He likes that it's easy on the skin, the scents aren't too overpowering, and he works a physical job and this seems to work for him. HOWEVER - I was 100% unimpressed with this when I used it while working out. I might as well have not worn anything. I felt like I constantly had to reapply it. To each their own I guess, but it's safe to say I won't be borrowing any more of this. -
