I am drinking a cup of this as I write this review. It's my second favourite of the Knorr dry soup mixes. Again, not much substance, but that's what you get with a dried soup mix. It's easy to bring to work because I just divide up the pack into 3-4 servings and add hot water at the office. Great way to beat the cold.
This is 25% less sodium than the original which is nice, though it still tastes kind of salty.

I like that this now comes in 25% less sodium than the original. I don't often eat much for lunch so these are quick and easy for me to bring. I usually divide the pack up into 3-4 servings for me to take and just add water at the office. Low cal, low fat, nice and hot for the winter months.
In terms of the minestrone flavour - there are beans and vegetables and pasta. I prefer my soups to be a little heartier, but for a dry soup mix it isn't bad at all.

Includes in the kit are the clear templates, a colour guide, and bags of pretty jewels. You peel off the top of the plastic template, lay it over top of the colour guide and place the coloured jewels where they are supposed to go. The kit also includes plastic hang tags so you can hang your creations in a window to catch the sun. -

This e-book is based on a 2011 TED Talk. In this book, Zimbardo and Duncan argue that male addiction to pornography and video games have created the "demise of guys" - a generation of shy, awkward, emotionally unavailable men who are unable to navigate real life relationships and other issues. I am sure their population selection for the survey was a little biased, and I'm not totally on board with the solutions, but I do agree this is a phenomenon and this book was a great read into just that. It was an eye-opening read for me as there are some up and coming young men in my life who could relate to the issues in this book. -

I was a Munsch baby, for sure. I don't know anyone who didn't read this or love this book growing up. I recently read it with one of my students, even though it's below his reading level, but it's one of the only books he finished to the end - and I know he secretly loved it ;)
I can't wait to have kids to pass this book on to.
