When it comes to straight up coffee I usually make my own. If, for some reason I haven't, I will head straight for McD's. I am there (too) frequently in the summer for their $1 iced coffees and absolutely love their regular hot coffee too. It's the only thing I have ordered from there in almost 8 years - but I will keep going back for more coffee!

I am a big believer in the Wild Rose D-Tox system but wanted to try something new this year.
This 30 day program aims to cleanse the colon and the liver using natural remedies. You take the herbal supplement 3x daily for 30 days and it says you do not have to abide by a strict diet (unlike with the Wild Rose cleanse).
The first time I used this I used the same sugar and wheat free diet I used with the Wild Rose cleanse and noticed incredible differences. This time around I did not abide by the same diet (or any diet) and I didn't notice much of a difference. I don't feel any lighter or less bloated...I'm not really sleeping any better (actually worse) so I think diet helps a ton in general everyday life and with the cleanse.
The best thing I like about Renew Life is that this product (and their cleanses in particular) don't include GMO products. Not to say other cleanses like Wild Rose use GMO's, but Renew Life specifically writes Non-GMO on their packaging - something I look for in almost every product I purchase.
I would still use this product again - and perhaps be a little more strict about what I am eating.

I usually use this detox twice a year - winter and summer - to help aid in cleansing my kidneys, urinary tract, and gastrointestinal system. This also helps me get out of any nasty habits I might have accumulated - for 12 days you take the herbal supplements 2x daily and abide by a sugar/wheat free diet. There is a booklet included that will tell you what you can and cannot consume and I think it's relatively easy to follow since it's close to my normal diet and is only for 12 days.
My skin feels incredible in the first few days, and I also sleep better and have more energy. It also empties literally everything out of your system. It's a great feeling of cleansing and starting fresh. I have tried other less expensive cleanses, but this one so far has been the most effective with the fewest side effects - sometimes a little discomfort for the first day or two.

Body Full smells great and provides awesome volume for my super fine hair - and I always follow up with some sort of root lifter (like Redken Root Lifter) on damp hair with even exacerbates the effect of the volumizing shampoo! I have even tried lower price point shampoos for volume and have yet to find one that works as well as this... -
Redken Outshine 01 Anti-frizz Polishing Milk
This is way more available since my favourite Glass 01 was discontinued, though I don't like it as much. I'm not a big fan of the milky texture. I find this weighs my hair down more, though still provides a nice polish.
