I have been using 5VR London Lilac for almost a year now. It is a bit on the more expensive side, but I tend to usually find it on sale. Sometimes the gray coverage isn't the best, and I have to colour my roots every 3-4 weeks, but I absolutely love the vibrant purple shade. It's a bit dark for the first few days but fades to a lovely shade of purple on my naturally very dark brown hair. I was impressed that it didn't turn my hair almost black. I get SO SO SO many compliments on this colour, I think it's my forever-shade, despite some of the cons of the particular brand. -

Someone at work was giving this away so I snatched it up. I spray a light mist over my towel-dried hair and then blow dry and flat iron. I use it in conjunction with the root spray on my roots for volume and I find the balance is perfect - the roots of my hair are fuller, and the ends of my hair don't appear less dry and damaged. I used to use another salon brand of heat protection products but since switching to Pureology I don't think I will go back. They are light weight and don't weigh my hair down. -

An ice cream with brownie add-ins that is 1/2 the fat per serving? Yes please. I am sad this isn't listed on their website anymore, and I haven't been able to find it in stores in a long time. It's generally twice as expensive as their regular ice creams, but 1/2 or lower fat ice creams are usually lower in lactose with are easier on my intolerance. Yet that usually means I will eat 2-3x as much ice cream as I should, resulting in an upset tummy anyway :/
I have seen cookies & cream, chocolate, and vanilla 1/2 fat in stores still - but it's a shame this looks like it has been discontinued!

This makes me wish I wasn't lactose intolerant. This is the reason I stock up on Lactaid. Or the reason I suffer through the intolerance. This ice cream is LITERALLY LOADS of cookie dough. It is the perfect comfort food for my sweet, sweet tooth. Most of the time I have purchased ice creams with "fillers" like cookie dough and the add-ins are sporadic. In the end I am usually left over with a tub of bland vanilla ice cream. Nope. Not this one. This one is all cookie dough goodness. -
The things that make me disregard my lactose intolerance - this. Sweet, delicious chocolatey custard-y goodness. I have eaten almost an entire tub myself, mindlessly. In moderation I'm sure it's a pretty "healthy" snack ;) as far as fro-yo goes!

I love this app! I use it every day for multiple activities. Not only can you keep a record of your own workouts, but you can join in with friends and get motivated that way as well. I started out with running using the GPS which is great - I have the app update me with my average pace ever 5 minutes and every kilometre. In the winter when I am treadmill-running you can use stopwatch mode and then manually input how far you ran as the stopwatch calculates how long you have run - then it will calculate your average pace per km.
You can log pretty much any other activity as well, and it keeps you motivated by allowing you to set goals, join challenges, and sends out emails when you achieve new PR's :) Also - it's FREE!

I don't think I am very good at using this product, and I didn't like the shape of the exfoliator pad...it didn't feel very effective. The pad felt nice though, and the product is really inexpensive in comparison to other similar products! -

This is my go-to cream for when I have dry skin because it does have a thicker formula. This is the first time in a few years that I have purchased it after battling with intense breakouts in the past - which I initially thought were from this cream, but that turned out to not be the case. I love the fresh scent of this cream, and so far my skin is reacting well. I will often use this as a night cream too because of the thick formula! It makes my skin feel nice and soft and is an EXCELLENT price compared to what else is offered. -

When I get Sephora gift cards though, I will often pick this product up. -
