I love buying this brand of bathroom tissue. It lasts forever, and the rolls are huge. My only complaint - the overabundance of packaging...come on, Costco. Get it together. There is so much wastage!

"*Our chips are all-natural with no artificial colours or preservatives, no trans fats and they are certified gluten-free and cholesterol free.
*Montreal Steak Spice seasoning potato chip ingredients: Russet potatoes, canola oil, sea salt, dehydrated garlic, spice, maltodextrin*, spice extractives.
*Maltodextrin- although considered to be a carbohydrate, it is understood to be more easily digested than some other forms of carbs, leaving behind less of the potential for health issues. During the cooking process, natural enzymes and acids help break down the starch even further. The end result is a simple white powder that contains roughly 4 calories per gram and extremely small amounts of fiber, fat, and protein."
Yep, I love salty snacks. And potato chips. Often I will make my own, but I am a sucker for Covered Bridge. I love that they are (pretty much) local, operated out of New Brunswick.

Also, the little litre cartons often go on sale at the grocery store so I don't find I'm paying an arm and a leg for them. I definitely prefer this brand to others in terms of taste and texture as well as the fact that they have so many unsweetened options. -

I had a gift card to Sephora and bought this on impulse - like Sephora does so well - with this sitting in a little tub while I was standing in line.
This turned out to be my favourite purchase. I am a big fan of the "vaseline" texture and the lavender scent. I don't find I often have to reapply. I also travel a lot, and am a stickler for carrying a lip gloss, and this is so easy since I can just throw it in my purse and not have to worry about digging it out of my "liquids" bag. I would love to try the other flavours of this.

I first spotted this brand at GNC and it caught my eye - they offer a line of organic/vegan/non-GMO supplements and protein powder.
I next spotted this in a 2KG tub at my local Costco - and the packaging didn't look anything like what it did at GNC but I recognized the name. This formula in particular is not vegan but it is lactose-reduced for those with sensitivity. It is also non-GMO, gluten free, and sweetened with stevia.
There are 35g of protein per serving (which I think is a lot - most powders I use have 21-25g) so I generally do not use a full scoop of this. It isn't overly sweet either which is a nice change, and mixes well with the half almond milk/half water ratio I use, or half orange juice/half water. I will definitely be trying the chocolate flavour next. It often goes on sale for $38.99 for 2KG at Costco too! Great buy.

Rivalus is a brand known for its military-grade pro-athlete-approved products - no banned substances! Promasil is a great-tasting protein powder.
From the website:
24g of protein per serving (1 scoop).
Blend of 7 fast, medium & slow digesting proteins.
Whey Isolate for primary protein source.
At least 80% protein content.
Over 5g of BCAAs per serving.
Only 1g of fat & 0g-1g of sugar per serving.
Instantized for easy mixability.
They recommend taking Promasil on both training and non-training days for best results. On off-days I use Promasil often as a snack or meal replacement if I am on the go. The soft serve vanilla flavour is incredible and the shake itself is so filling.
The only con is that it isn't vegan - and I think the slight amount of milk protein doesn't bode well with my recent lactose intolerance. Often I will just use a 1/2 scoop instead of a full scoop.
Since they have revamped the line there are tons of great flavours - milk chocolate, strawberry, cookies & cream, and chocolate peanut butter.

So...you want to be able to lift all of the things at the gym, or run like you've never run before? Without any crazy substances? The Rivalus brand is great for that. Military-grade athlete-approved products, and Powder Burn is one of their caffeinated pre workout supplements.
From the website:
Built upon the foundation of cutting edge research and potent new ingredients, POWDER BURN provides energy, mental focus and stamina without the dangers, health concerns or failed drug screenings as POWDER BURN is built with no banned substances as per the United States or Canadian Departments of Defence.
The ingredients are also easy to pronounce - tiger nut powder, ginseng, beta alanine, all to help with your mental focus and stamina.
I wouldnt recommend taking on an empty stomach or right before bed as it can take some time to cycle the energy out of your system. I would use this for the recommended 8-week period (even on non-training days) and then cycle off for awhile to help with tolerance.
The only con about this are the flavours. This product tastes absolutely terrible in both lemon lime and fruit punch. But it gets the job done.
45 servings in a container - and it's often on sale at GNC for $38.99.

I absolutely fiend over Rivalus products. They are all military-grade/pro-athlete approved supplements without any banned substances. Post RX is a great recovery formula.
From the Rivalus website:
POST-Rx is an advanced recovery post-workout supplement created for athletes to immediately increase muscle cell volume, speed recovery time, decrease muscle protein breakdown and optimize muscle growth. A combination of muscle fueling glutamine, branched-chain amino acids and four natural anti-inflammatory ingredients including turmeric, quercetin, trimethylglycine and boswellia.
The flavours are great - they just released a green apple flavour which I love. Other flavours are lemon lime, blue raspberry, and pink lemonade.
This really helps combat muscle soreness and fatigue. The only con I think is that it takes so long to cycle into your system. If you take it on training days right after working out, and on non-training days in the AM and PM before bed, it takes about 2 weeks to feel the full effect. The product is not cheap (CAD$39.99 member price at GNC) for about 30 servings.
I like how this product works (and tastes) plus I love the ingredients (and lack of terrible ingredients) so I think it is well worth the investment.

The only downside is that you can only get the original flavour at Costco. Sometimes I will splurge on either the herb or cracked pepper flavours at the grocery store.
Unlike other GF crackers I have tried, these are not salty at all. And they are super filling. I love them.

Another great Costco find.
Gluten free
Certified kosher
0mg cholesterol
These crackers taste like SunChip® brand chips. The only downside (as I have found with other GF crackers) is that they are really salty. They do have a nice crunchy texture and taste great on their own. I usually just grab a handful as a snack and call it a day.
The price is great - if you can find them at Costco. I was purchasing these regularly there until they stopped carrying them a few weeks ago. I have yet to find them at my local grocer.
