I was also really pleased with the low sugar content and high iron content. I really dug this flavour; it could have easily passed as a chocolate bar! Usually with protein bars, there is that weird after taste. However, I couldn't detect that in this bar. -

I received this item from Chickadvisor for free in exchange for my honest review. I have used the product about four times now and I am impressed with the results. The lotion would be better classified as a body Butter as it was super thick. The apricot was a very pleasant scent. I would recommend this product primarily for rough/dry patches of skin such as that found on the elbows, knees, ankles, etc. It does a threat job conditioning skin, but seems to get a little tacky if your skin doesn't need as much moisture. -

The honey wasn't initially noticeable, until water was applied to the body wash. It was a bit of a surprise. I found that the body wash made my skin super soft. I was pleased to see that it softened the hair on my arms too! -

I received a sample of these in the mail. I was very impressed with the taste. The premium roast is very rich and flavourful. The value is not fantastic; I can usually pick up other brands for $2-3 cheaper with the same amount or more pods. These typically work out to $1/cup which isn't much better than going to McDonald's for coffee. However, it does serve as a nice occasional treat at home without having to go out for coffee. -

These are a great eyeliner. They come in a variety of shimmery colours with great pigmentation. They glide on smooth and creamy. However, they don't work well if you want a sharp edge for a cat or kitten eye. I like to use one of these, blend it slightly out, and go over the the outer 2/3 of the lid with a liquid liner.
If you wait for them to go on sale, you can sometimes get them as cheap as 99 cents each.

I received this item to try for free in exchange for my honest review. With 20g of protein, 20%dv fibre, 15%dv iron and 10%dv calcium this bar has left me majorly satisfied. It does have the typical protein bar after taste, but the lemon poppy seed flavour really made it tasty. The yogurt coating added a nice touch.
The product contains dairy products, but is gluten free. I personally do not have issues with small quantities of dairy or any gluten, but it's worth noting that it is a good gluten free option for those with the sensitivity.
Overall, I think I probably will purchase these in the future, given that they are at a suitable price point. They are super convenient to pop in your purse if you aren't going to have time for lunch. They also seem like a light option to eat prior to a workout.

I have had to spread out when I use it though to make the bottle last; it doesn't seem to be available in stores anymore. I don't really like the deodorant variety with this scent. It's really disappointing. -
