Yes these are totally expensive, but worth it. They do mask the cold sore, and keep it from spreading. I wouldn't say it heals quicker, as u change the patch, it tends to tear your cold sore open and have to begin the healing. The biggest yes fo me... +

I wouldn't say it heals quicker, as u change the patch, it tends to tear your cold sore open and have to begin the healing. The biggest yes fo me was that it hides it very well, however not invisible, but you don't have a disgusting open sore that is visible! -
