OMG i cannot say enough about this eye makeup remover, being a self professed eyeliner addict ive spent my entire makeup wearing life faced with the dilemma of removing stubborn set in eyel makeup. Although it has a greasy texture this is the most amazing makeup remover i have ever used in my eyeball area. it works like a charm and removes the most stubborn caked in oil based liners and pencils! Its quick and effective and fully removes all makeup, love it!    -
