I often purchase items from Reitman's on-line. This past Christmas I purchased several items as gifts as well as for myself. I had a couple of items to return and for the most part, I had no problems receiving the full refund. One item in particular, was on clearance, so it was at a reduced price. When I went to make the return in person at the Reitman's in Eastgate Square Hamilton the sales clerk told me they do not do returns on Black Friday. There was no one in the store, they were not busy, so I explained that I needed to do this return as I only had 30 days to make the return and this was day 29 and I live a fair distance from this location (which is closest to my home) and asked if she could make an exception. She told me to come back the next day. I did, only to find the store had closed at 7pm - I arrived shortly after 7. I went back for the third time and the same clerk told me I could only be refunded the last sale price for the item because I was past the 30 days and would have only received $3.95 for the item. I felt this was not fair. I had the receipt from the on-line purchase, I reminded her I had been to the store 2 days prior and again the next day although after the store had closed and there was no leeway. I kept the item as I'd rather donate it than get less that 1/3 of what I paid or it. Very disappointing. -

The Norwex Shower Mitt is by far one of my favorite products! I use this mitt after every shower to wipe down my tiles. I had my bathroom renovated 8 years ago and my shower tiles look as good as at they were installed. This mitt deeps soap scum at bay, keeps the grout looking like it was just done and makes my taps sparkle. No cleansers are required which is great when you live in the country on a septic system where chemicals, bleach, etc. are not recommended! This mitt lasts forever! Not only will you save money on cleaning products, but your shower will never look so good! If you are going to purchase anything from Norwex, I definitely recommend the Shower Mitt! -

My grandmother, mother and myself have all used Avon's Rich Moisture Face Cream for years. Both my mon and grandma had very few fine lines and wrinkles and people were always shocked when told their age. Both of these women lived well into their 90's and you would never have known to look at them. I use this cream and get the same compliments, I've been mistaken as my son's girlfriend/wife multiple times and when I mention I have grand children, people are shocked - they ask if I was 12 when I started my family! This product is very well priced and definitely worth trying! No need to spend big bucks when you can get the same results for under $15! -

I've gone to Calamus Winery 3100 Glen Road, Jordan Station ON many times. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing, the owners and staff are phenomenal - you feel like family and the wines are delicious. Not only is this a great winery, but they also host various events - Star Gazing, Spanish Night, Weddings, etc. The food is always from local farmers and businesses and I have never been disappointed. Colors are spot on and look fantastic! This lipstick stays on and lasts. Even with wearing a mask, it stays on your lips not on your mask! For a matte, it doesn't dry your lips. I was totally impressed! I definitely recommend this product.
