Pediasure complete
As an adult I can honestly say I like these and drink these along side the adult version Ensure. It has more potassium than the Ensure which I desperately need as I have trouble maintaining electrolytes. They remind me of Similac the baby formula... +
As an adult I can honestly say I like these and drink these along side the adult version Ensure. It has more potassium than the Ensure which I desperately need as I have trouble maintaining electrolytes.
They remind me of Similac the baby formula and yes I can remember what that tasted like because I seriously never ate real food (other than cottage cheese and mashed potatoes) until I was about three and even four. It’s very similar to that taste. It’s bland but it works.

GoGo squeeZ Applesauce On the Go Apple Strawberry
I’m not much of a fruit and veggie person but I find these Gogo Squeeze things are delicious. I like them better than the Motts fruity applesauce...it has a smoother texture and stronger strawberry flavour.

Sealtest 1% Buttermilk

I found these at Dollarama in the Halloween section a while ago and unlike a lot of people commenting here, I don’t remember these as a child but then again I wasn’t really a candy eater.
As an adult now I found them fun, they taste a bit like soap to me but it’s a good soap taste 😅 then it bubbles a bit a lot like pop rocks and then that’s it...fun’s over. I think they are good for hard candy.

I found Dworek brand of soup at my local Foodland last week. It is a Polish made product which makes a variety of soups. This soup comes in a lovely little reusable jar and it only costs $3.49.
I had this soup for supper today and OMG it’s the best soup I have ever had that was not homemade! I cut up a piece of chicken breast and added to it for extra protein and it was just delicious. Absolutely the best soup to date that I have ever had bought at a store!

I’m unsure of this product. I like it’s nutritional content but I dislike how it clumps up in the water or oatmilk which I use sometimes. It does have a gritty texture and a stevia aftertaste which I seriously dislike.
It’s kind of one of those undecided products on my list, I like it but then again I don’t.

You will find a lot of crappy articles about Ensure products and their nutrition, but I can tell you this drink saved my life 100% when I was Anorexic. And it still saves my life, as I am disordered in my eating habits to this day. At my worst, this drink was the only thing I lived on...and yeah sure it has sugar in it. Sugar isn’t poison when you are starving to death! It fuelled my body to function on a daily basis and it did so for three years, as I seldom ate actual food.
To this day I keep it in my fridge when I get that restrictive feeling and love the vanilla and butter peacan flavours. Absolutely must have for those who seriously need nutrition and quickly.
