For the taste, the bar provides a flavorful mix of ingredients. The almonds, sea salt, and dark chocolate work together perfectly.
comparitively to different brands i did not like it as much as i like some other ones.

If you were to buy this product in means to look for better protein, this bar would not be the best choice. It contains 10 grams of sugar, which is about 38.7 calories consumed in just one day. Although the product contains cashews, caramel and dark chocolate, the cashews and dark chocolate have barely any flavour. On the other hand, the caramel is most of what you are tasting when you eat this bar. In terms of eating, this bar is a little hard to bite and chew, and so it took about 10 minutes to eat just one bar. I would recommend this bar as a small snack, as just one of these bars are very filling. It tasted good, but it is not something that I would eat every day. Considering it does contain some protein (10 grams), it would not be a bad choice for a snack when sending your child to school (or going to school yourself). It doesn't taste too bad and if you're not concerned with nutrition it would be enjoyable. -
