I was lucky to try the Vichy Mineral 89 Skin Fortifying Daily Booster as part of the Chickadvisor Product Review Club. I have very dry skin especially in winter that would flake throughout the day if my skin hasn't been sufficiently moisturized.
I initially like that the Vichy Daily Booster has natural thermal water and hyaluronic acid with 24-hour hydration and no unnecessary ingredients (fragrance, alcohol etc.). After my first use, I like that the booster is thick (gel-like) and creamy and also easily absorbs into my skin. As part of my winter routine, I add a thick SPF moisturizer on top of the booster. With the combination of both products, my skin stays moisturized and hydrated during the day and doesn't flake my skin or makeup. I would recommend to anyone dealing with dry skin.

I was lucky to try the Schwarzkopf Hair Mascara in black as part of the Chickadvisor Product Review Club. It was my first time using a hair mascara that temporarily covered my grey hairs so I wasn't sure what to expect. The applicator was easy to hold and easy to apply the black color over my grey hairs. With a few brushes, the coverage was good.
However after using the product, I do prefer a product that would more permanently address my grey hairs (such as hair dye) and won't wash out. Maybe it is because I like the convenience of doing it one time, rather than apply the hair mascara on a more regular basis. I would recommend this product only to friends and family that would like a temporary solution for their grey hair.

I am lucky to try the Nivea Care cream as part of Chickadvisor Review Club. I like that this cream quickly absorbs without any residue or greasiness. My skin is so dry and gets itchy at times so I don't think this cream is necessarily the best for my skin as I still experienced itchiness at night when using this cream. However, I would still recommend for anyone who has normal to light dryness in their skin. -

I am so lucky to try the Nivea Micellair Water as part of Chickadvisor Review Club. I normally use makeup remover where you have to rinse it off. So even without the rinsing, I was pleasantly surprised that my face still felt refreshed without any sticky residue after my makeup was removed. Also, I like that this micellar water can be used for your face, eyes and lips. So this one product does it all when I need to remove makeup and it removes it effectively and quickly, which I need as I have very busy weekdays. Overall, I am happy with the product and would use it again! -

I was lucky to try the club soda for free as part of Chickadvisor Product Review club. We love sparking water in our household and have tried the other flavors of Canada Dry Club Soda. My husband loves cherries, so he was especially excited to try the pomegranate-cherry flavor. And the flavor was subtle but so tasty! Overall, I would buy and recommend to friends. -

I was lucky to try the Dial for Men Recharge 3-in-1 revitalizing body wash for free as part of XY Stuff. This is my first time using a product that also can be used for the face. The body wash lathers up well and cleans the 3 areas well leaving a great fresh scent. Overall, I would recommend and buy again. -

I tried the PowerBar Plant Protein bar in Chocolate Cashew Salted Caramel for free and the bar surprised me as it was very delicious (most protein bars aren't very tasty). I particularly liked the flavor - I would say the almonds flavor is my favorite, but these bars were still very good. Also, a bonus is that it is non-GMO and had no artificial flavors. I had it as a snack during my commute and it really did fill me up. I would recommend to my friends and family. -

I was lucky to try the Powerbar Plant Protein Bar in Chocolate Almond Sea Salt as part of the XY Stuff Club. I'm not a big fan of protein bars as they simply do not taste good. However, these bars are the exception. I love the flavor as the right portion of the almonds, nuts, sea salt and chocolate have been combined to make a great tasting bar. I had these bars as a snack on my 5 hour drive to another city and they were very filling. Another plus is that there is no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners. Would definitely buy and recommend. -

I was lucky to try this shampoo for free as part of XY Stuff. I didn't know how effective the shampoo would be as I previously would have embarrassing situations where flakes would appear on my shoulders. However, it completely solved by dandruff issue and happy to announce that I haven't seen any flakes appear. The only negative feedback is that I feel that the lather on the shampoo isn't great based on the amount that the instructions recommend, so I have to use more of the shampoo than I normally do. Otherwise, the shampoo is great and would buy it in the future and recommend to friends and family. -
