Benzoyl peroxide is an often-overlooked ingredient that literally has the power to zap zits overnight. I recommended this spot treatment to a friend who had a zit that just wouldn’t budge right in the center of her forehead. It works so well as an emergency product that always has your back. I get those hormonal spots and cysts every month, without fail, and nothing reduces the anger of a pimple like Benzagel 5. I'll apply a thin layer under my moisturizer and on cleansed skin twice per day, every day, for 3-5 days and there is typically a great improvement in the spot from day 1. This is a medicine cabinet essential, IMO! -

The Serenity relaxation tea from Lipton is amazing for enjoying after dinner. I’m not a huge fan of pure chamomile, since I find it to be too floral. This one is delicious, and you can really taste the cinnamon. I also love lavender, but only in small quantities. This blend is diverse and delicious, full of flavour and easy to drink warm or cold. I will definitely repurchase. -

This new collection of Lipton tea has such incredibly unique flavours. The packaging is simply gorgeous, everything from the box to the plastic baggies to the pyramid style sachets. I found the quality of the sachets themselves to be very high, no ripping and very even steeping. What I love especially for the green tea is that it doesn’t over-steep and get bitter tasting. I’ve been trying to drink green tea every afternoon as a little pick-me-up, and this one has been truly delightful. The touch of grapefruit is right up my alley, withe the floral background flavour to round it out. -

The Cushion Lip Tints not only make lips appear fuller and more conditioned, but they also protect against dryness. I am in love with Pretty Kiss and Pink IRL. High-End Coral has a shimmer and finish that I don't prefer, though you have a wide spectrum to choose from. -

This ultra-creamy, quick building formula is infused with nourishing Olive Oil and the perfect mix of three waxes. The unique Volumazing™ brush is designed with mini reservoirs and wavy bristles to create eye catching lashes. I love this brush and I found the formula to be great. What a unique product! These liquid brow liners are designed to recreate natural hair-like strokes, With an ultra-fine tip applicator for precise application this liner adds serious fullness and shape to brows. With Revlon’s longwear ColorStay formula, they're waterproof, buildable and lightweight to create smudge-proof colour with a soft matte finish. I found that layering the two shades (Taupe and Soft Brown) gave me the best look. TIP: Start by outlining brows prior to filling them in for optimal precision. Though these aren't my HG brow product, I found them to be way better than anything Maybelline or L'Oreal are doing at the drugstore for brows right now. Shades available: Taupe • Soft Brown • Dark Brown • Soft Black

Revlon is taking highlighting and contouring to the next level with their new easy to use powder palettes: two highlighting ones (PhotoReady Galaxy Dream™ Highlighting Palette and PhotoReady Sunlit Dream™ Holographic Highlighting Palette) and this gorgeous contour, blush and highlight one. These finely-milled shades apply so much better with a brush than with a finger in my swatches, so don't be fooled - the payoff is pretty great on the skin. That being said, I find the warm contour to be a touch too orange for my liking, and the blush could have less sheen for my day-to-day look. Otherwise, I'm pleased with this palette and I'll continue to take it with me on the go. -

This new foundation from Revlon is supposed to replace my beloved Colorstay Whipped Foundation though they aren't that alike in my opinion. This foundation is extremely similar to Maybelline Dream Velvet though! They both smooth on easily with that diffused, weightless finish that leaves my skin feeling comfortable all day. Full Cover from Revlon has a built in primer and a Soft-Flex Complex™to stay on for up to 24 hours. I wore this foundation exclusively on a recent work trip in Montreal, and I loved how quick it was to apply. I never worried about my face looking too cakey or oily, and it stayed put so well. I really enjoy this foundation for my combo skin, especially in the summer when I need to control my shine even more.

The Elizabeth Arden Retinol Ceramide Capsules promise to erase your fine lines and even out the texture of your skin. This serum comes housed in these adorable pink pods, and can be torn open to dispense one application of the serum - this covers my face, neck and decolletage. I will apply this serum 2-3 times per week, since you'll still see results and this will prolong the life of one bottle.
Note: Don’t use benzoyl peroxide at the same time as retinol - it can deactivate it. Use retinol at night and bp in the am, if you're suffering from more intense breakouts.
As someone with very sensitive skin, I might apply my retinol or acids only on certain parts of my skin that need brightening and cell turnover - top of the nose, chin, forehead, cheeks. I find that I'll get dryness around the corners of my nose, and the skin becomes itchy and flaky. Be aware of these minor reactions because it seems like this area on me is too thin for exposure to exfoliating treatments.
