I've been with Fido for over 10 years. I'm paying for 3 cellphone plans (no contract). I just bought a new phone and i asked them to send me the nano card i needed for my new phone and i NEVER got any guidance or help for them. I've been transfer to...   +

I've been with Fido for over 10 years. I'm paying for 3 cellphone plans (no contract). I just bought a new phone and i asked them to send me the nano card i needed for my new phone and i NEVER got any guidance or help for them. I've been transfer to supervisors twice and each one made me wait over 1h so i had to hung up. FIDO is the WORST!!!! they DO NOT VALUE long time customers at al. they won't do anything to help you at all.
Go with another company as others have better service and they show you some value.
I DO NOT recommend FIDO at all!!!    -
