The package I received said nothing about what flavour of Snapple to buy, so I just bought Half & Half Iced Tea and Lemonade, not Diet Lemon Tea.
I received this product free to try from Chick Advisor Product Review Club.
Snapple Half & Half tastes great, it's sweet and lemon-y. The price is comparable to other 500 ml beverages, but I still wish it was less expensive. I like that the bottle caps still have a message on the inside. My bottle cap said, "Double Dutch jump rope is considered a cross-training sport.". I remember these messages being funnier with original Snapple, but that was quite a while ago. At 210 calories and 50 g of sugar, this isn't a beverage that I'd drink often because it has so many calories but once in a while I might buy it. The price also deters me from buying this product often. I like that the new plastic bottle is lighter than the glass bottle, but the weight of the glass bottle doesn't bother me. I prefer whichever bottle is the most environmentally friendly to recycle.

As a member of Chick Advisor Product Review Club, I received a free tube of John Frieda Go Blonder Lemon Miracle Masque for review purposes. I received this product 4 days before this review was due and I've had a chance to use it twice. At this time I can't comment on the benefits of continuous use of the product because I'm still discovering that for myself!
This hair masque has a light lemony scent that seems very fresh and clean. The texture is thick and creamy; it reminds me of other salon brand conditioners I've tried. I applied the masque to the lengths of my hair and the tips but avoided the roots. I applied John Frieda Sheer Blonde Tone Correcting Conditioner to the roots (a product I purchased myself) to correct any brassiness. I left both products on my hair for 5 - 10 mins. before rinsing them out.
The masque left my hair feeling very soft and silky and more moisturized than it's felt in a long time. I loved the results and I'm looking forward to using the masque again.
I wouldn't say this product has particularly great value, it's around the same price as other products of similar quality.

I was fortunate enough to receive 2 of each flavour of PowerBar Plant Protein Bars for free from PowerBar and Chick Advisor. I will not receive financial compensation for my review.
Also of note, the packaging for the bars I received had a slightly different flavour description, "Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Flavoured".
Each bar has: 230 cal., 14g Fat, 22g Carbohydrates, 10g Protein, 7g Fibre, 150mg Sodium*, 4% Daily Value of Calcium and 10% Daily Value of Iron.
*40mg less sodium than the other two flavours of PowerBar Plant Protein Bars.
This is by far my favorite flavour of the PowerBar Plant Protein Bars. It tastes like sweetened, crunchy peanut butter and the flavour is so strong that I can't taste the rice and pea protein crisps at all! Unlike many protein bars, this one does not have that chalky, protein powder taste. It feels like I'm eating something healthy and hunger-satisfying. The consistency is medium soft, like a cross between a seed/nut bar and a granola bar; I really like the crunchy texture.
These bars would be great for someone who needs a convenient, portable, plant-based and/or soy-free protein source. Since the second ingredient is inulin, they might also be useful for someone who needs to avoid spikes in their blood glucose level.
Based on flavour alone, I would pick one of the Plant Protein bar flavours over any other protein bar because they are delicious and don't taste like protein powder. For me personally though, these bars are not a good value at $2-$3 CAD for 10g of protein (At the time of this review, PowerBar Plant Protein bars are no longer listed on the Canadian Costco website. Without costco.ca, the price range from other online retailers is $2-$3 CAD). I am neither vegan nor vegetarian so for the price of one Plant Protein bar I could buy; a boneless, skinless chicken breast, multiple servings of tofu, a can of tuna or one of the other varieties of PowerBar protein bars that have 20 g of protein.
Overall, I'd recommend this bar to someone who needs convenient, plant-based protein or to someone who can't stand the taste of traditional protein bars, for everyone else I think there are better options out there.

Each bar has: 230 cal., 12g Fat, 24g Carbohydrates, 10g Protein, 7g Fibre, 190mg Sodium, 4% Daily Value of Calcium and 15% Daily Value of Iron.

This bar has a strong caramel flavour with a hint of chocolate. Unlike many protein bars, this one does not have that chalky, protein powder taste. The pea and rice protein crisps are fairly bland though occasionally they have a slight bitter taste.

Also of note, the packaging for the bars I received had a slightly different flavour description, "Almond, Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate Flavoured".
Each bar has: 230 cal., 13g Fat, 22g Carbohydrates, 10g Protein, 8g Fibre, 190mg Sodium, 6% Daily Value of Calcium and 15% Daily Value of Iron.
This bar has a great nutty caramel flavour that is sweet and a little bit salty with a hint of earthiness. Unlike many protein bars, this one does not have that chalky, protein powder taste. The consistency is medium soft, like a cross between a seed/nut bar and a granola bar. I really like the crunchy texture, it's very satisfying. If you're looking to get your chocolate fix along with your protein, these are not the bars you're looking for.

This palette contains the first high end eye shadows I've ever owned; wow, what a difference! The shadows are very high quality, very pigmented and for the most part, very easy to blend. The three darkest shadows (Smokeshow, Activist and Leader) aren't the easiest to blend (I think it's because of the high pigment concentration), however; if you use just the tiniest amount, or mix them with a slightly lighter shadow, then they blend easier and can be built up in layers.
There are 3 shimmer shadows in the palette (Funny Girl, Rocker and Firecracker) and they work best with a brush that's misted with a bit of setting spray. The shades are laid out in 3 rows of colour families which makes it easy for beginners to know which shades work well together. This is also a great palette for someone looking for a range of neutral shades and some subtle colours.
I'm not convinced that high quality eye shadows should cost as much as this palette. I will say though that since purchasing it, I use it every time I use eye shadows and there's still tons of product left to use!
Tartelette in Bloom can be used alone to create a variety of eye looks on a wide range of skin tones. It can also be used for eye contouring, or creating a base for use with other shadows. 9 of the 12 shades are matte and excellent for use as transition shades.

Making deodorant waterproof was a genius idea and it makes such a big difference. No deodorant seems to stop my hyperhydrosis or anxiety sweats, but at least with this deodorant, there's still product on after I've been sweating! I like that it's not overly scented so it won't compete with my perfume and the scent itself smells clean, not too sweet or too floral. It seems a bit expensive so whenever I find a coupon for it I stock up. -

When I went to pick out dog food for my newly adopted dog, I looked at all the ingredients and the recommended daily amount of food to give him. Out of all the brands I looked at, Iams had highest content of carbohydrates and protein and the lowest recommended daily amount. To me that meant that Iams had less filler than other brands. Iams is a bit more expensive, but since there are more servings per bag, I'm guessing the cost/day to feed my dog is actually less than other brands. My shelti/shepherd cross is now 12 years old and as lively as ever. His vet says he still has great muscle tone and there are no symptoms of cancer or arthritis. He's a happy, healthy dog and I think that, in part, that's due to feeding him Iams. -

I love Essence Nail Polishes. I've been happy with every bottle I've purchased. They are highly pigmented, they come with a nice wide brush, they're very inexpensive and some are even opaque in one coat. Even when I compare this formula to higher end brands like O.P.I. and Essie, I prefer Essence. -

I don't understand why so many people love this highlighter, ColourPop Super Shock Highlighter in the shade Over the Moon. I love the squishy, almost wet texture of the product. I love the low price and the large variety of shades. This shade however has almost no pigment and so much glitter! When I use this product, I don't get a shimmery, glowy reflect on my skin, I just get multiple shades of glitter and after just a few minutes, that glitter migrates to my hair and clothes and all over my face. What a mess! -
