I've been using "hello flawless" lately to finish my makeup. First off, Benefit packaging has to be one of my favourites out of all the beauty brands! This powder is multi-purpose. For full coverage use the sponge and for lighter coverage use the brush. If you are spot concealing, use the sponge and then use the brush to blend. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin and makes my skin look radiant and flawless. My skin can get a bit flaky and dry so I prefer to use it to finish my makeup. I also find that it doesn't feel heavy or cakey towards the end of the day. As for the range of colours, I think Benefit could make their selection a bit bigger. I'm using the darkest no. 6 "why walk when you can strut?" which is supposed to be for dark-deep dark complexions. I'm a medium-dark complexion - that would be my only complaint. Otherwise, for me it works! -

Early mornings means my makeup needs to be easy, quick and flawless. I have a few of Benefit's line of creaseless shadow/liners and Strut is definitely a must-have! They are highly pigmented and blend easily onto the eye. I never have a problem with them creasing. I love that you can use them as a liner or as a shadow. Strut is a grey with a bluish undertone. Smudge into the lash line for a subtle smudgy finish or use for a smokey eye that is quick and easy. All I do is take a smudging brush and apply from lash line to crease making sure to blend, blend, blend! You can also layer these shadow/liners underneath a powder shadow - very versatile! -

The Tipping Point is an incredible book, very insightful on how small things can make a big difference. I'm still reading it and I'm already looking at the world differently! Malcolm takes ideas and moments in history and examines how things tip and become an epidemic and why some things don't stick. He covers various subjects like crime, fashion,tv shows like Sesame Street and Blues Clues and advertising/marketing campaigns. I love the analysis of what shows stick with pre-schoolers and how they think. I'm starting to understand my 3 yr old's behaviour more and more. Simply fascinating and a great read if you own a business, work in advertising, or work in social media. -

Beautifully detailed multi-strand turquoise bracelet! It looks like it's a bunch of bracelets draped together but it's actually one bracelet held together by a magnetic closure! I love that the closure is magnetic because it's always so hard to put on bracelets with those annoying clasps. You can purchase these at Holt Renfrew - might be pricey but it's a unique piece you won't find anywhere else! -

One thing I've learned is that protecting your hair is everything! I love OSiS Buff! It is a leave-in conditioner, styling cream, and also protects your hair from heat, pollutions, and the sun. My hair always feels so soft and looks shiny and healthy. My tip: use less at the root and concentrate product more on the ends where it's more damaged. Comes in a convenient squeeze tube so it's great for traveling. A little also goes a long way. -

My hair is heavy and I've found that it was hard to get some volume at the root. My stylist added some great layers and sprayed Glamour Queen in at the root while it was still wet - the result was bouncy voluminous hair! It's a light-weight spray so it will never weigh your hair done plus you can also use it dry to finish a big wavy or curly style. It also doesn't feel sticky in the hair which I love. It's a little pricey but it's affordable compared to other high-end salon products. You only need a few sprays at the root - the bottle will last a long time. I've had it since March! -

Huge fan of Benefit box powders but Coralista is one of my faves! It gives the skin a shimmery coral glow. You can brush all over or use just on the cheeks for a pop of colour. If you like Nars Orgasm then you'll love Coralista. I found with Orgasm it didn't really show up on my medium-dark skin tone but Coralista does. The box powders last a long time - I still have my Hoola bronzer after 3 years! The brush is cute but I'd recommend using a blush brush or a powder brush for a non-streaky finish. Also, as much as I love the packaging the box shape is just not convenient when traveling. Otherwise, a great blush! -
Amazing beauty destination! You'll find a huge assortment of beauty brands. Very open space unlike Sephora where it's very cramped. They also have Benefit Brow Bar, skin analysis, and a pharmacist on hand. A must-see for all beauty lovers!

I really love the Zoya brand of polishes. They have over 300 colours to choose from and always come out with new collections every season. I love the names as well - some reflect Hollywood actress, singers, and even beauty bloggers! I also love the fact that Zoya polishes are free of toluene, formaldehyde, DBP (phthalates) and camphor - you can wear these even when you're pregnant! They come in all different textures and are long-lasting. My favourite collection - Oh-La-La and La-Di-Da summer collections! I love all the bright neons! :) -
