I LOVE LOVE LOVE this polish!! After 2 coats, you get the prettiest deep dark navy color - not a crazy blue, so it's a nice dark Fall color. Of course, being OPI it's great quality and lasts longer before any chips start to happen. I wear this color all year long. I love black too (or OPI Linkin Park After dark - its a DARK purple that basically looks black after 2 coats) but this color is great if you want a dark nail, but are still scared of black polish. -

I recently got the chance to test and review Bic's new Soliel Bella disposable razors. Unlike other razors, Bic's Soleil Bella has 4 blades instead of 3. The moisture strip on the razor is enriched with coconut milk and really makes for a smooth shave. It also has a pivoting head to help get every angle. The razor also has "e-z rinse" technology which allows water to clean out the blades more efficiently. The handle is super comfy because of its rubber grip. They come in tropical colors of blues and greens, hence the name Soleil Bella - Soleil meaning sun and Bella meaning beautiful in French. For about $6 for the set of 3 razors, you really can't beat the price - and you might even be able to find coupons online for it! I definitely recommend giving these a try! -

My boyfriend and I went to PF Changs this past Valentine's Day. Neither of us had been before, and we had heard amazing things, so we decided to check it out. Unfortunately, I didn't think it was anything special. Most dishes are on average $15, which isn't too bad, but considering it just comes with the protein your order, and white or brown rice, I didn't think that was really worth it. The food tasted good, but in my opinion, it honestly tasted like the same chinese dishes you can get at the take-out places. When I heard it was more upscale asian, I figured it would be more interesting, unique asian dishes, but the menu consisted of dishes such as honey chicken, orange chicken, pepper steak, etc...(the same basic asian dishes). The ahi-tuna and calamari appetizers that we got were good, but I don't know if they were worth it either. All-in-all, the ambiance there was nice, but I don't think I will be returning to PF Changs. For the prices, I would rather go to somewhere else, and if I am craving chinese, I would rather order in. -

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this lotion! Not only is the consistency super creamy and non-greasy, but the smell is amazing and it really lasts for a long time! Sometimes after I apply it at night before going out, I can still smell it in the morning! I got a GREAT deal on this at Bath & Body Works' semi-annual sale a couple of months ago ($2). Online, it's listed at $9.50, but they are always having sales in their stores, so I can't imagine you actually having to pay that listed price. There are a couple of different sizes, so a lot of the time they have 2 for deals, or just great sales on the individual bottles! If you love sweet, vanilla-y, sugary scented lotions, you will def love this one! Next time there's a great sale, I am def gonna stock up on this scent! -

I was always nervous to try a self-tanner, fearing I would get an orange, streaky, uneven tan like many horror stories I've read. But, I decided to get my feet wet with Maybelline Tinted Self Tanner. This lotion worked well, but it didn't give me a dark enough color, and it was also shimmery, which is good for going out at night, but not as much for everyday wearing. That's when I decided to try Banana Boat's Summer Color Self-Tanning Lotion in Deep Dark Color. It doesn't have a shimmer to it, so you can use it at any time. After showering and exfoliating (make sure to do so first) I decided to test it on my legs. You have to really make sure to rub in it - the lotion is tinted brown, so you are able to see where you have already applied it. It begins to dry fairly quickly, so make sure you don't see any darker areas or any lotion that isn't rubbed in all the way. I did both of my legs, and after making sure it all looked even, I sat around until I was sure it was dry. As I said, it dries pretty quickly, and you will see some initial color, however as the bottle states, you won't see the full color develop until 2-3 hours later - which is definitely true. As the day went on, I noticed the tan got even darker. I was just testing it, so I didn't apply a second coat, but this weekend, I plan to do 2 coats (the bottle suggests to wait 3 hours before applying a second application). All in all, this lotion gave me a great color, and for $6.74 for a 6 oz. bottle, I think it is a great deal (especially compared to some of the others on the shelves). I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to maintain a summer tan all year long! -
