First of all I usually review eye makeup before buying I saw this liquid eyeliner and I bought it on a whim I absolutely hated the brush on it The product itself was horrible when applied and it took too long to dry and if you didnt let it set...   +

I saw this liquid eyeliner and I bought it on a whim
I absolutely hated the brush on it
The product itself was horrible when applied and it took too long to dry and if you didnt let it set enough it would smudge
I actually removed it off my eyes and tried a second application and it was still awful
Don't waste your money with this    -
