Hi Mamaluv, thank you for the explanation! I am also a seafood addict, in fact I do prefer it to chicken/steak...ahhh!! I know that it is so hard to convince people, but then again once you have explained it to them then that is all that you can do! I will try to eat it more in moderation...

Yup! Everyone's right, your blog is just amazing. I've visited a few times now. You write just as though you're talking ... and the life battles your so kindly share w/ us are sooo precious.
