This particular batiste doesn't leave a white residue like the regular stuff, but I'm simply not a fan of the smell. With any dry shampoo I hate the feeling of a second application, and this one is no different. I like that there are natural extracts, but that won't sway me to buy this one over any of the others, just because of the scent being not my favourite. -

I have used collagen in powder form for about half a year now. I think it works amazingly, though I've heard the liquid format might be more effective? Anyway- enter Oranges Collagen. I LOVE the scoop size. I put it in my coffee and I don't taste a thing. Other brands have massive scoops that definitely affect the taste of anything, despite being "tasteless". I can't speak to the effectiveness just yet because I have only used it for about two weeks, but I think the quality is there, and with all of the collagen on the market, you want to know you're getting the best product. I recommend trying this one out! -

I wish the only fear I had with shaving was a slight nick here and there. But no. Worse than that, is the dreaded ingrown hairs afterwards. Pretty much every time I shave my bikini area, afterwards I'm cursing my choice because the friction from my underwear undoubtedly causes painful bumps and ingrowns. With this kit, I have some hope. I've been using it for about a week and even though I still got a few ingrown hairs, they didn't KILL ME with pain. That's honestly a win to me. And if I keep using it, I suspect the skin exfoliation will help with any future bumps. -

Maybe I'm the only one here, but if I'm using a balm, I'm generally NOT wearing any other make up. So for there to be colour in the balm, it just washes my skin out. For that reason, and that reason alone, I don't dig this one. I really like the formula! But I would rather go for the clear version than the colour. Even objectively looking at the colour, I'm not a fan of the shade itself. Oh well! -

IF that is in fact what is giving this cleanser its scent, I am not a fan, it doesn't smell natural to me. It's a pass for me! -

As the headline says, this mascara is decent. But "decent" mascaras seem to be a dime a dozen in the drugstore world! I used it with liquid eyeliner, which tends to swallow up any mascara that doesn't give plenty of volume... so I'm curious what this product will do on a simpler look without eyeliner. I prefer plastic applicators, so this one feels a bit archaic to me (that could also be because this is a OG mascara and I remember it from when I was a teenager). Nothing wrong with the formula, it's just not what I look for in a mascara. -

I really enjoyed this eyeliner! However, I don't recommend it for beginners. You need a very sure hand, because this tip is a long one. It makes for very precise lines, once you get the hang of it! The formula is excellent- it really doesn't skip or cause smudging- you do have to scrape the applicator along the lid once you've used it a few times (it picks up your eyeshadow or whatever products you already have on)... but that's typical of any liquid. I am impressed, I will definitely be adding this to my kit. -

Of all the L'Oréal products I was gifted to try, I was most curious about this one. I am in my 30s now and very interested in any serums or oils that benefit the maintenance of healthy skin.
The advertisements say this serum contains probiotic ferments, which aren't at the top of my list for ingredients to assist with skin rejuvenation. Injected probiotics are what I usually hear about, and use. I did a small amount of research into the benefits of probiotics in skincare, and found that they certainly can be beneficial. Over time I should see results (the packaging says after 28 days). For the sake of this review though, I'll speak to my initial thoughts on the product. The consistency is perfect for an added layer to my morning and evening skincare routine. It's not bulky, leaves no residue, and has no scent. I love the dropper style, but for the price of the product I would expect a bit more out of the label. It seemed like it was just a cheap sticker stuck on the bottle. I'm looking forward to seeing how this benefits my tired skin in the near future... lord knows the market is competitive!
