When I go for a hike, or want a quick snack to eat prior to working out I always reach for a Clif Bar... I really like the taste and the energy that it gives me. I have tried most flavors, which are good... but the one that I keep going back to is the chocolate brownie.
It has a very yummy chocolate taste, with little bits of brownie throughout, and it does give me that little bit of energy that my body needs to get me through what ever I am doing.
It does have 250 calories, 5 grams of fat, 10 grams of fibre and 10 grams of protein.
70 % organic ingredients and 23 vitamins and minerals
I always have one of these bars in my purse or exercise bag.

TEMPTATIONS® Seafood Medley treats, are my fur babies favorite treats. I have 5 sweet, but fussy kitties, and trying to find any type of food or treats that they all will enjoy sometimes can be a bit tricky.
I am happy to say that with the TEMPTATIONS® Seafood Medley, all my cats look forward to hearing the words... "treat time".
In the morning my husband gives our cats a few treats each, and just before bed around 7pm it is my turn to give out the treats... and if I am running a bit late, the cats let me know by all of them sitting in the kitchen ( and the dog ), 1 cat finds me and meows ! This just makes me smile thinking about it.
My husband and I only buy the container because it is cheaper for us in the long run. The cats get approx 4 treats each twice a day... and this container lasts approx 2 weeks.
We do switch flavors every time we buy a new thing of treats, but they really like the Seafood Medley treats.

I always like to use pet friendly / safe hardwood floor cleaner... as I love my fur babies, and want them to be as healthy and happy as possible.
When I first started using the Bona Clean and Refresh Hardwood Floor Cleaner I was very impressed with how easy it was to apply, dries very quickly, and how clean my floors looked for days +++.
Safe for hardwood and laminate floors.
No water needed, I spray / squirt the liquid almost in a S, a microfiber pad is great to rub the cleaner into the floor, it sure helps hide the marks in the floor made by my dog and cats. Can also get on your hands and knees and use a dry rag. A little does go a long way, so don't be heavy handed.
I would recommend to have a few windows open as the solution does have a bit of a harsh "cleaner" smell, but when the floors dry the harshness smell disappears.
* This almost reminds me of the floor cleaner that my grandmother us to use.
Bona Clean and Refresh Hardwood Cleaner is a 2 in 1 product. It is suppose to clean the floors as well as make them look refresh.

I do use the bags, and I have never had any issues with the bag, and it is always fresh tasting.
I have to admit... I have tried drinking other brands... but just did not have the unique and fresh taste like Tetley. I have tried the Tetley Bold, but that was just a bid too strong for my taste buds.
My grandmother has since passed away, but every time a drink a cup I always think of the great memories that I had with her.

Chapman's Dutch Chocolate Frozen Yogurt is one of my favorites. The smooth, rich flavor of chocolate just melts on your tongue, and great for a milkshake *** without the fat. 97% fat free !
Per 1/2 cup there is 90 calories, 2 grams of fat & 2 grams of protein.
If your going to indulge, why not indulge in something that is also healthy for you?

I have bought a few pkgs since then because I really enjoyed how drinking it helped me feel.... while drinking, my body and mind seem to natural calm down, and helped me relax and fall asleep.
The tea has a nice, natural chamomile flavor, and best of all there is no caffeine.
I would recommend this herbal tea for people to try if they need a little help in the evening to calm the mind, and a bit of help to fall asleep.

My mother bought me a few boxes of Tazo Herbal Tea for a Christmas gift, and the Wild Sweet Orange was one of the flavors.
As soon as boiling water was poured over the bag, the smell of orange was wonderful ! I usually put sugar in my tea, but I sipped the tea prior to adding anything, and to my surprise, the sweet orange was perfect as it was. In the summer you could also make it as a cold drink.
While drinking the tea, I could start to feel my body relax, and that is a wonderful thing.
For anyone that enjoys Herbal tea, this one is a hit for me, and you just might want to give the Tazo Herbal Tea, Wild Sweet Orange a try.

This liquid detergent bubbles with just a little squirt, and the bubbles stay until the dishes are clean. Very good quality in getting the dishes clean and sparkling with no residue.
The scent does last, and it is suppose to be gentle on hands, but I always have had to put lotion on my hands after washing dishes as long as I can remember, and this detergent is no different... hands had the dry / tight feeling so lotion had to be applied.
I was very pleased with the lovely, soft scent of almonds and blueberries. I would recommend this product.

I always buy the 24pk because I like to save $ when I have a chance and by buying the largest pk, I am saving about $5 each time a buy it.
The perfect portions is very handy, because each cat gets the same, recommended portion.
Buying this product also gives my cats a chance to enjoy a different flavor every time that I feed them, and it is fresh every time that I open a pkg.
My sweet fur babies enjoy the wet food at supper time, and there is always 2 bowls of Whiskas dry food in the cat food corner for when they want a snack. I like that they all eat a mix of wet and hard food because it keeps there teeth healthy.

I have always enjoyed nice smelling liquid laundry detergent. I picked up the Island Fresh Liquid Laundry detergent because I have always enjoyed Gain products.
The results did not disappoint me. Long lasting fresh scent, I really enjoying pulling back the bed sheets and climbing in, the scent is light, but enough that you can smell it, the scent smells like you are in a tropical paradise.
It is a bit on the expensive side of detergents, but knowing the results of getting clean clothes with a nice scent is worth it.
