If you want to have a taste of ice cream, but don't want all the fat and calories.... my now go to treat is Chapman's Cookies & Cream Frozen Yogurt. It tastes almost better than ice cream... the texture is a smooth vanilla/cream yogurt with awesome... +

It tastes almost better than ice cream... the texture is a smooth vanilla/cream yogurt with awesome bits and pieces of cookie crumble, almost taste like oreo.
per 1/2 cup - 110 cal, 3 grams of fat
Did I mention that it is 95 % fat free !!!

MiO Liquid Water Enhancer - Lemonade is very good. I am the type of person that does not like the plain ol' taste of water unless I am very thirsty. I wanted to start drinking more water for my health, but was looking for something that would help water be more enticing.
I did try a few different flavor enhancer's, and the majority of them I really like, but the lemonade was is the best in my opinion.
Just need a little squirt for it to go a long ways... and the lemon flavor is really good, not too sweet...not too tart... just right !

I have natural wavy hair, that is always frizzy ! I have tried so many different products... hair oil ( makes hair greasy ), hair masks, of course conditioners and a few creams.... some did work for a few hours, but did not last and frizzy's were back.
I saw the Argan Magic Nourishing Hair Cream 8fl Oz in Winners dept store, and it was $9.99.... I thought why not, does not hurt to try right?
I am so glad that I picked it up, and hope that the other ones that I saw are still there when I go back. :)
I have used it twice now, both times after I washed and dried my hair ( which was a frizz ball, I have shoulder length hair ), I put a dime size amt in my palm, rubbed my hands together and massaged it into my mop of hair.... and to my surprise... the frizz was gone, and it helps that the scent is a nice light fresh scent ! My hair looks healthy, shiny, and just plain nice !
When I looked this up on the internet to see the price... $15.42. ! But you know what... I would def pay this price because I know how well it works, and considering how much wasted money I spent on useless products.
It says that it is a Moroccan Beauty Secret.... and I agree ! :)

It might be better with milk over it, might lower the strong, artificial taste, but I know that I will never eat it dry again.
I have had the regular Chex cereal, and I really like it, so I will stick to that flavor.

The scent is nice, does make you feel a bit fresher for the day, does not give you a headache like some sprays that are strong and makes your head hurt.
Avon Senses Blushing Cherry Blossom Body Spray might seem a bit pricey, but it is worth it as the bottle last a long time.

KRAFT CALORIE WISE Sundried Tomato Dressing per tbsp is 25 cal, 2.5g of fat... and the rest of the ingredients are not bad.
The next time you buy stuff for a salad, and want to try something new, I really recommend this salad dressing !

The cream has a very pleasant scent, smooths over skin easily and absorbs very quickly. The scent does have a long lasting smell that lasts for a day or so.
I have been using this for a few months, and I do see a difference in my skin, the bumps have disappeared, my skin is smoother, elbows and knees look and feel great.

I took notice about a year ago that my 9 year old fur baby, whom is a German Shepard, her coat was loosing the shine, and the fur was a little rough. I spoke with my vet about the issue and she suggested giving her a few sardinces a couple of times a week.
To me, opening a can of sardines and hearing my dog and cats run because they hear the noise and wants their share makes me smile every time. :)
My dog is approx 80lbs and I give her maybe 3 sardines every couple of days, and the kitties get the rest of what is left over.
Since I have been doing this on a regular basis, my dogs fur is so soft, and she does not shed as much as she use to.
When these are on sale they are around $1 a container, and the ingredients are simple.... sardines & olive oil.

I found that this bread has a nice texture, and a really nice flavor of honey and whole wheat. The oats are mainly on the top part of the bread.
It is also very reasonable priced.

I usually buy the 1.7kg because it will last longer, and cheaper in the long run.
It says to use 2 tbsp per serving, but for me that makes it too rich, and I always use a large mug that holds approx 3 cups of water, for me I use approxx 1 1/2 tbsp, (even my husband says that amt smells like really strong chocolate ( but a good chocolate smell ). )
For 2 tbsp of powder it is 2 grams of fat and 90 cal.... now that is pretty good for a great taste of chocolate. :)
The only high note is the sugar which is 17 grams per serving.
So if you want that taste of chocolate, but not all the fat... reach for a cup of NESTLE® CARNATION® Rich and Creamy Hot Chocolate.
