This mascara for me is kind of similar to plush lash mascara that MAC has. I think this does more of a lifting effect for me and makes it a bit longer. You really have to wipe off the excess to apply it without it clumping like crazy. An important mascara criteria for me is that it washes off easily without tug and pull. This one is okay in terms of getting rid of it. Overall, a good mascara for that false eyelash-ish look. I wouldn't go for this if you're more of a au natural gal. : ) -

I like this product. It's an above average mascara for me. It really does 'plush' you lashes. I find this great because if performs really well and gives high quality results but a fraction of the price from my diorshow. I find that the product transfers and goes on really easily, the only thing is that if you don't wipe away the excess or not apply the second coat carefully, it can get a bit clumpy. I personally like thick long plush lashes, so i love this. But make sure to wipe off the excess. Overall, i reach for this product a lot. If you want to get a mid range mascara that has high quality, this will do. -

I got a PR sample through ChickAdvisor. I finally tried this and i got to say that I'm pleasantly surprised. This may sound weird, but the liner adheres so well that it becomes one with your undies. It also surprising soft and comfortable. Like many others have said, i didn't even feel it and forgot i even i it on. I too thought it would be too thin and wouldn't do a good job, but it did what it's suppose to do. The packaging of the box is also lovely. I think from now on, if i can find these, i'll definitely pick these over the ones i used to use. Love it! -

This is a product i can't live without, and don't think i have since i started wearing makeup. I use this all over my face to remover all my makeup, including mascara. You basically get two pumps, massage it on your dry face and then rinse with water. It's weird since it's an oil and when you rinse it, it is absolutely not oily anymore. This products uses the mico technology to create particles small enough to remove the deepest of makeup. It's super gentle, scentless. It makes the job so much easier and faster. The bottle does last a while and it has pretty packaging. Don't be afraid of oil makeup remover, it does the best job. I've trid Shu Uemura oil and the oil wouldn't rinse, stung my eyes and i was sensitive to it. I had to go back to this right away. if you can access this, definitely give it a try. -

This is a wonderful brush. It's meant to be a contour/sculpting brush but you can also use it for precise application of blush or highlight. This brush is made of goat hair, angled, and very dense. It deposits the right amount of color and the angle, shape and size makes it so easy and effortless to contour your cheeks. This makes it so easy. The brush holds up really well. It hasn't deformed or shed and i clean it all the time. The finer point also makes it a great highlighting brush. Overall, i definitely recommend this brush. Contouring is not as hard as it looks with this brush. Get ready for high cheek bones in an instant : ) -

This brush is a great crease brush. I use it for two main purposes. If I'm trying to build up a lighter shade of eye shadow for a more subtle look, i use this to lightly deposit color. This is also a great brush for blending our harsh lines and the creases. The quality is pretty amazing. Like a lot of MAC brushes. I wash them often and they don't deform or shed. The dome shape really helps the blending. Overall, i think i grab this brush everyday and is a must have if you are looking to buy some basic makeup brushes. -

This brush for me is an average brush. I do use it often but it's replaceable. I use this mainly for eyeliner on my lower lash line. The reason that is brush is mediocre is that it's a bit thicker than i'd like for my eyeliner. It's also not as stiff so it doesn't do a super job at eyeliner. But it is perfect for me lower lash line. If you're a gal that likes a thicker eyeliner look, this brush is good for that. -

I really love this brush and i grab it every single day. I mainly have one for darker shadows and one for the lighter ones. This brush is made of goat hair and is domed shaped and very dense. It's perfect for packing on the color. My 239's has been holding up for a long time. I clean them weekly and they barely ever shed or loose it's shape. It's a perfect basic eye shadow brush for starters. -

This is another product i love from Mario Badescu. At first, i didn't want to add an extra step to my already long routine, but it's well worth it. I found that this product kept my forehead clearer than it used it. There's a light faint natural cucumber-y, smell which is great. It doesn't sting my skin, even if i have a pimple or open wound. It's refreshing and dries up quickly so i can carry on. The main reason i love it is because it's gentle yet it has acne fighting properties. The price is great and it last a long time. It really does clean your skin and tones it. Sometimes after i finish using it on my face, i just swipe my chest and it gets the gunk out immediately. -

I know... the name sounds horrible, 'drying cream'...i mean who wants to dry their skin out? I was skeptical at first due to that specific reason, but i took a lunge since I'm pretty much in love with all the other products. I find that this product does work to keep the pimples at bay. It's not as strong as a drying lotion or buffering lotion. But for those small areas that are prone to acne, you can apply this and it usually helps. It's also great if you picked a pimple, there's sort of an open wound but you can still feel 'stuff' coming. Since drying lotion with alcohol in it will probably sting like crazy, this works! It doesn't sting. However my favorite use for this to apply a really thin layer after my moisturizer. I then apply my primer and proceed to my usual routine. I find that this works great to prevent pimple and clog pores from makeup or the weather. I barely feel it. Also, it has a light white tint. So for those really really faint scars i have, i apply this and i don't even need concealer. I can't say enough about this product. There's only one place in Toronto that i know that sells it, and i always mission to go get it. definitely try it out! The only con is the super duper awful smell, but hey, for better looking skin, i'll suck it up : )
