I fell in love with this when we got a PR sample. We set up a tiny perfume bar for the office to test out all the different scent. I find myself liking this so much. I'm glad i got to take this home with me : ) The scent is very complex. It's sensual, sexy yet not too overly girly or overpowering. I love wearing this. Like the other reviewer said, it's a bit stronger and has more 'bite' than your regular day fragrance, but i love wearing it day or night. I find that this scent, even though is an eau de toilette, is pretty strong and stays on all day! It scent is warm enough for a cold winter yet light enough for summer. I love this and will repurchase! -

I then attended the Chanel 5 a 7 Event at Holt Renfrew where Kris Wares (Chanel Makeup Artist) hand picked "Lune Russe" for me. I instantly fell in love and went into a collecting frenzy from there! I can't stop buying them! I now have 8!
The formula is super creamy and pigmented. They glide on lips (Even the darker colours) They're moisturizing and doesn't dry my lips out. They have a fine edge which is great for applying lipsticks with precisions. They come with the most amazing colors and i love them all! It's a little steep for a tube of lipstick but i can tell the difference in the formula (more moisturizing, long lasting etc.)

I don't really have to say much about this... I mean everybody's said it. This is a gorgeous color and is universally flattering. It gives me a nice flush. Goes on nicely. I sort of mimics a natural flush or glow.

The eyeshadows from NARS is lovely. I am drawn to these eyeshadows by their colors. I own only a few and I tend to buy colors that are more unique that other brands don't offer. Their color range is great. They have a lot of colors with different sparkles that look amazing. They adhere nicely with a base, have great color payoff, stays on longer. If you don't want to splurge, I suggest you don't walk by the NARS counter... you won't be able to resist. -

I have this in "Ravish Me Red" and I liked how it looked on me so much that I bought a back up : ) I was searching high and low for a nice orange based red since Prada pretty much made it the "IT" color. I tried and bought several other brands but it wasn't a nice orange red on me. I really didn't think to look in the drugstore but I came across this and bought it on a whim. Lo and behold. the color looked against my skin tone.
The lipstick itself was surprisingly very moisturizing and pigmented. I found that it was even more moisturizing than some of the high end lipsticks I own. the color stayed on. On the down-side. It's a bit on the creamier side so it does bleed. Nothing a lip liner can't fix : )

I love love love this lipstick. I was waiting for a flight and browsed around duty free and came across these babies. I instantly fell in love. The texture is so smooth and silky. It's super pigmented. Moisturizing. Glides on like a dream. Smells so amazing. Oh did I forget that it has a super nice packaging? I couldn't rave about this more. I remember putting this on and I kept sniffing because I loved the smell so much. I want this in every color! The only downside is that it doesn't last as long as some other lipsticks but it's alright. Overall I'd definitely recommend this product. -

After I've tried Make Up For Ever's HD Invisible powder, I was very reluctant to try other transparent setting powder. I finally opened my Prep Prime powder and was pleasantly surprised. Although the texture is not as silky and smooth as MUFE's (They have their particles milled into circles...fyi) this is pretty darn close. This does a really good job with setting make up and making it stay. It doesn't have a white cast and feels super soft. It's finely milled so it glides over skin to just get enough on without caking up or sticking to dry spots. I haven't broken out from this and that's always good. This is not my favorite transparent powder but It's in rotation and I use it quite often. If you're looking for a good setting powder, this is a cheaper alternative than MUFE's. -

I really appreciate Laura Mercier for all her face products. I find that most of the Laura Mercier products i've used never disappoints. This was one of the first items i've bough from LM years ago. I was intrigued by the duo color concealer. It's genius because no matter the time of year of how tan or light you are, you can mix the right tone. This concealer is very pigmented but doesn't have a lot of slip so it stays on for a long time.
Many women have the misconception that yellow-based concealer is best for undereye circles. While they do do the job, peachy tones are more effective since it cancels out the blue-ish dull color. This concealer is peachy tone and is great for undereye circles - especially combining it with LM Secret Brigtening Powder. For pimples, this is quite good as it covers quite well. Make sure you go a little bit lighter for pimples etc. since the concealer do oxidize a little and turns a tiny bit darker.
I usually mix the color on the back of my hands, or with my fingers. The body heat emulsifies the concealer a little bit and makes application easier. I then tap then on my undereye. You don't need that much product since it's pigmented. It also last a long time - but once it's done, I'll be reapplying.

I was so curious to try this when they sent some of this to the office. I use bronzer quite a lot so I love to try different ones. The whole idea behind this bronzer is that you turn the dial to shave the bronzer instantly. Honestly, I think the 'shaving' part was neat but not very necessary. The tiny brush they include is good to have but doesn't really do a good job. That being said, what I love about this bronzer is the color, the amount of shine and the results. I use very little of this product but i do get a nice sun-kissed glow with the right amount of shimmer. The bronzer doesn't make me look muddy or dirty. It doesn't break me out. The only downsize is the size. It's a bit big and I can't carry it around. It also gets a bit messy 'shaving' the bronzer. I've been using this quite a while and haven't really used up a lot. I think I would repurchase this as one of my bronzer alternatives. -

Holy Pigmentation!!! I too got to try these out. (Thanks Mary Kay!) At first glance, it looked kind of weird because it looked like a lipgloss, but a really tiny one! But once i tried it, I totally get why it wasn't as big. The pigmentation and color payoff of this lipgloss is beyond amazing! Like Pam said, it's like liquid lipstick. In my opinion though, it's more lush than a lipstick and more opaque. I love how i can control the look but either packing it on or just dabbing in. The color last like a regular lipstick does and doesn't dry my lips or clump up. Oh I almost forgot to mention that you get a minty and cooling feeling when you put this on... a bonus! This will probably last me a while but when I'm done, I'm looking to get my hands on more! Loves. -
