I'm a "Shucker" for oysters. Haha. I want to go try it at every place possible and eat it all the freaking time. So that's basically why I came here. Their oyster and seafood selection is pretty good. I fell in love with their Kumamoto oysters. They were tiny but very fresh with a strong buttery after taste. Most of the items on their menu are staple seafood dishes and nothing too fancy, but they are all pretty good. The place is down to earth with ok service. Give this a try if you love oysters like me : ) -

I actually had a craving back in the day so bad we drove to the yonge/eglinton st. just to get cookies. Most of the food I've had there is pretty good. Sometimes the line gets really long there and the place gets really hot... but I still line up so I guess that says something. I always grab dessert for myself and my office and they're always excited. Overall, definitely swing by and give it a try. -

The steaks here are to die for. I've had hands-down one of the best steaks ever here. The way their cook their steak is simple, they basted and cook their steak in a lot of butter (You can't really go wrong with a lot of butter)
with the right amount of salt. They serve their steak alone with some of the remaining butter. They're super tender and you can really taste and appreciated the taste of steak rather than the sauce or condiments it comes with. Call me crazy but I swear the steaks here almost melt in your mouth... I mean, how is that even possible? As I recall the drinks and appetizer here is pretty good too but the steak was so awesome that I can't quite remember clearly. The decor is nice and the atmosphere/ambiance is mellow and quiet. The service was good. Overall, steak-lovers should try this at least once : )

I was so excited to come here since I love a good steak. They aged their steak in-house and in fact, you can see it in the dining room, which is cool. The food was quite good. The way they serve their steak is with an assortment of condiments and salts, which is fun. The steak was super tender and playing with the different condiments was enjoyable. This is a totally different steak experience because rather than tasting the steak as is, you 'enhance' it with other things. We also got appetizers and oysters, which was pretty much standard. The decor and the atmosphere is quite nice but during dinner, it was just so loud that I felt like I was almost yelling to make a conversation. Overall, I think this is a great place to dine a couple of times but a lot of the times, i'd prefer a quieter environments with just a nice plain piece of steak. -

This is one of my favourite nail polish at this moment and i'm wearing it right now! The taupe nail trend is huge right now and i've bought several brands/shade to find the perfect one for me. I've bought "You Don't Know Jacques" by OPI as well and that was a tad bit dark and green that it made my nails look muddy and dirty. But this one is the perfect taupe for me! The consistency is thick but it does need 3 coats to give a nice colour. I might even buy a backup since it's a limited edition polish. -

I've always had pretty bad dark circles under my eyes especially in the corner. I usually use my CoverFX cream foundation as a concealer and it's pretty thick but my dark circles still looks darker and unflattering in person. I love the Make Up For Ever HD line and figured I should try the concealer out. I did my usual concealer routine and just added a few dots of this concealer in my undereye area and just tapped with my ring finger to blend and set with MUFE HD powder. What a difference it makes! You can still see a hint of the dark circles but it's nothing compared to before. I love this stuff and will never leave the house without it anymore. It's not thick, easy to blend, doesn't budge or melt off, works well in camouflaging dark circles and you only need a very little bit (Think 4 little dots under each eye) . I recently did Ali's make up and used this and she loved it too! This also works well with discolouration and blemishes. If you have darker circles or pigmentation you want to try to hide, I'd totally recommend this product! -

I definitely recommend this place! -

This product is really great for under the skin pimple or healing pimples. Unlike the drying lotion, you have to shake this and then apply it to affected area. It's really liquid-y so it's a bit tough to apply as it runs, but it's well worth it. I find that it does calm and reduce the size/redness of a pimple under the skin. If i have a really big one, i usually apply a bit of cortisone cream, let it dry and apply this on top. I find that this works really well. If you have occasional under the skin pimple, you can give this a try. -

This brush is super soft and very dense. The slightly dome shape is great for buffering. I mainly use this brush to buffer out my foundation after i've applied it or to blend out blush/bronzers. It does a really good job diffusing the colour and buffing out any harsh lines or unevenness. Although this brush does a great job, I don't always need to buff out my foundation or cheek colour so i don't grab for it as much. If you are looking for a good buffer brush on a budget, this is a good candidate -
